Pros
Zoho is an all-in-one suite with powerful marketing tools that I find really helpful. It also integrates with social networking sites, making it easier for me to promote my brand more effectively.
Cons
I wish there were more options for themes, the existing ones are generic and not too impressive. I wish they work on that in future updates.

“Outstanding marketing tools
Pros
It has a clean, easy-to-use interface with a ton of tools and features perfect for social media management. Scheduling posts, tracking customers and creating custom dashboards are some of its most powerful functions. It also does a great job of tracking relevant social conversations for me.
Cons
I've had no issues with this solution. It always works perfectly and gives me great service every time.

“Perfect Tool!
Pros
An amazing platform to keep up a presence on social networking accounts across different platforms at the same time from one unit. Its searching tool is very helpful for finding new business ideas, hashtags and competitors. I particularly love the team features which allows teams to run collaborative campaigns in real-time. You can monitor the progress of each post and also track customers.
Cons
There's nothing bad about this solution. It's made our work so much easier with its collaborative tools and engaging with customers across different platforms is easy.

“Clean, user-friendly layout
Pros
For me, this software is the best when it comes to social media management. Managing multiple platforms at once has never been easier and I can do it all from one hub. I love that I can schedule unlimited posts, collaborate with my team in real-time and save so much time and effort.
Cons
The product has really innovative tools to offer but I feel there is still room for improvements in terms of usability and coming user-oriented.

It is super easy for my team to learn and set up. You don't have to spend a lot of time setting it up or learning how to use it, so getting started is really easy.
Cons
I think the main page is a little too simplistic and could use a better overview of the system’s capabilities.
