“easy first crm but pricey for startups
Pros
What I like most about it is that I found it very easy to use even though I had never used any CRM software before. The flow for every step, including leads and conversions is very helpful.
Cons
I don't have any complaints at the moment, though it could be expensive for a very early-stage startup.

“Has all apps but they don't always work
Pros
1. I appreciate that it includes all the functions and applications a business requires to operate effectively. 2. Designing and developing with the platform is smooth and user friendly. 3. Integration with other applications and products is improving, becoming faster and more reliable every day. 4. It also offers a quick support system.
Cons
1. However I've noticed that not all of the applications within Zoho One are set up to collaborate smoothly with one another. 2. There are limitations at the account level regarding settings and organizational structure that restrict flexibility. 3. Some customizations are difficult to achieve and require workarounds.

“add many apps & needs training
Pros
It lets me add a wide variety of apps into the suite. They come as package-based offerings yet I'm particularly fond of their CRM application. I can also set up multiple sandbox accounts for various UAT environments and there's a Dev Sandbox available as well.
Cons
there are not any particular features I dislike about it. The main caveat is that I need some training to use this platform properly, it's not something I can get comfortable with in just one day.

“Loved by all teams
Pros
Our support crew really appreciates the ticketing feature. The CEO is happy with the cost. Meanwhile, our Sales and Marketing folks are building lots of automations inside the CRM.
Cons
Even though the platform sometimes has glitches, their tech support is good at helping me fix things fast.

“smooth cRM.. missing key features
Pros
It is very smooth to use and supports assigning multiple user roles. I can work with pipelines, set up automations, generate reports and plug in telephony features. Compared to other CRMs I've used, getting it configured is much simpler.
Cons
I often end up needing to use other apps or write my own custom code to fill in the gaps. A big one con for me is that there's no simple, built-in way to assign leads to specific salespeople or teams.

“essential tool but can be overwhelming
Pros
It delivers a smooth customer management workflow thanks to an amazing interface, plenty of customization choices, easy integrations, built-in automation, a usable mobile app and strong analytics. Because it adapts to particular business requirements, aligns repetitive tasks and surfaces actionable insights, I consider it essential for managing customer relationships efficiently.
Cons
I have run into a few drawbacks. it has so many features and the free plan is pretty limited. Sometimes the interface is overwhelming, the add-ons don't always connect smoothly and you can't always count on getting quick help from support. I've also had issues with the mobile app, the costs can add up if you upgrade and you need some tech skills to set things up your own way. In the end whether this is a problem really depends on what you need it for.

“No need for customization, It's perfect
Pros
Using a lot of other CRMs like Infusion and Salesforce, I have realized the need for a more simplified solution. That is the reason I switched to Zoho, which can be operated with minimal effort and less manpower. All the features required for social, email, and CRM are all housed in one location and integrated with each other quite well. Warming up prospects before transferring them to the CRM module is simple with the help of the email campaign area. It is simple to assign tasks to the sales team and generate detailed reports about the progress of those tasks, which lets me decide what to do next.
Cons
I recommend some training videos be added so that we might be able to use other features to help us in some way. The CRM module does not always receive accurate statistics from the email campaign area. Generating and nailing the leads is not as perfect as I would have liked. I mean, there is no perfect method for qualifying leads.

“Powers up sales performance
Pros
It is great that Zoho has focused the most on one thing that matters the most: customer management. Its dead simple to create folders and neatly organize all our clients in a space free from clutter. We have been using it to organize client records with their information and requests, save all documents, archive emails, and keep track of transactions done by our team and among them. I like how Zoho CRM makes it easy to filter customers by suggested topics. This makes it easy to make lists of important information about a certain group of customers based on their specialty or interests, so that our team can quickly get in touch with them and make them special offers.
Cons
The team behind Zoho has not been great with updating the software on time. I feel like its been left behind by the competition, and if they keep it up, they might end up losing customers. Also, obtaining blueprints and custom coding is a hassle.

“My go-to marketing manager
Pros
Zoho takes away the need for going through the trouble of having to keep several marketing automation tools for different types of tasks by bringing them all in a compact suite with social networking capacities to help us market our products better. My favorite thing about Zoho is that there are no fixed templates or a learning curve with this platform.
Cons
No cons. I absolutely love how easy to use and unique this software is!

Pros
Managing social networking accounts has become so easy ever since I started using Zoho. The solution offers some really advanced tools and functions in the dashboard dedicated to measuring performance.

There is nothing that I do not like about this platform. I feel more people should use it for its social media management skills to save up on a lot of time and daily effort.

Pros
Having all my social accounts in one place makes things so much easier. It saves time by letting me plan and schedule posts ahead of time. Plus, I can see how everything is doing, which helps me plan better content for the future.

“Top choice for social media management
Pros
Zoho has been a game-changer for me. It makes it so easy to keep up with social media and helps my business grow and attract more leads. The integration with different social platforms is seamless, and it stays up to date with the latest trends, which I love. Scheduling posts for all my accounts helps me plan my marketing campaigns much better.
Cons
Unlike Instagram, the Twitter integration isn't as smooth as I'd like. Retweets don't always go through properly. Zoho also depends heavily on a strong, stable internet connection. If the connection is lost, any progress I made is wiped out and there's no option to save it to post later.
