“Good integration w other platforms!
Pros
It connects with almost anything you can think of such as calendar, email, other CRM tools, marketing apps, booking systems and much more, including invoicing and finance software.
Cons
The main issues are the support and overall ease of use. They do not offer one on one sessions which is where many small businesses struggle. I feel like it would be much better if they provided personalized support during the initial setup phase.

Pros
Zoho CRM is a very handy tool for managing client relationships. It does not take long to learn and keeping track of our sales and projects is incredibly easy.
Cons
It feels a bit overwhelming at first with so many options everywhere and sometimes it is tricky to relocate features. However once we get familiar with it the platform works very effectively.

Pros
It was pretty simple to figure out and offered good features for a free program. I also liked that there was a free Android app available so I could access it from anywhere.
Cons
I could never get the appointments called Meetings' in the CRM to sync with my Zoho Calendar. This was the main reason I wanted a CRM in the first place.

“A huge tool variety
Pros
This tool provides strong customization options and a huge variety of tools. Their large library of ready-made connections with other apps is a major bonus too.
Cons
For daily email marketing it feels awkward and unnecessarily complicated. The interface seems old and important jobs like sorting contact lists or checking campaign stats are hidden in sub-menus. Connections with other apps frequently fail or need manual fixes. Though it is a capable system but it is bulky to work with.

“Helpful tool!
Pros
I really like being able to see where our leads originally came from. You can also filter the list to find leads that have not been contacted yet. Another great feature is being able to send emails that use our company's domain name.
Cons
Figuring out all the different tools and deciding which ones are right for our company takes time but on the plus side, they do offer live online seminars and a chat function for help.

“perfect mix of power and affordability
Pros
What I truly like about Zoho CRM is its perfect mix of powerful features and an affordable price. It does not feel overly complicated like some of the larger platforms but it also is not so basic that you feel limited. Its modular design means it is not intimidating for a new small business yet it can expand its capabilities right along with you as you grow.
Cons
The user interface. Even with recent improvements it still has a very dated look. We also noticed the system slowing down significantly when we uploaded a large set of data.

Pros
The tools design and user experience are excellent. Also it is very easy to use and get started with. Modifying data fields is a simple process and there is a wide selection for us to choose from.
Cons
I like that you can link the CRM to an ERP system. A downside is that customer service is only in English.

I think this tool is very adaptable and grows with your business. The automated workflows, seamless email connection and the clear Kanban view for our pipeline save our team many hours every single week.
Cons
A few parts of the system feel like they have not been updated. The interface can also be slow sometimes and the initial setup demands a lot of patience. I noticed the mobile application is also missing several important features from the desktop version.

Pros
All of our sales information is stored in one spot from the initial contact to all the follow-ups. The system is so simple that even someone who is not tech-savvy can sort through leads, categorize customers and monitor discussions.
Cons
Sometimes getting it to work with other software needs manual adjustments or extra tools. The application itself also feels a bit slow when we switch between different sections.

It's a real time-saver once it's set up. It keeps us from digging through old emails and makes sure we never forget to call someone back

Keep in mind that it is not flawless as some processes have more steps than they should. However after the initial configuration, you do not have to adjust it very often.

We now understand our customers and potential customers much better. The system also automatically does many tasks for us that we used to do manually which is a huge improvement.
Cons
The interface is powerful but I feel like it can feel a bit crowded and disorganized at times. It is a vast, complex system so new staff need proper training to use it efficiently.

“Intrusive sales tactics
Pros
I chose ZOHO to help simplify many of the tasks for my small company. The biggest advantages for me were the cost and the fact that it combines so many tools into a single platform.
Cons
My experience and that of many others, contradicts Zoho's marketing that their CRM is simple and user friendly. I booked a demo which they canceled and then rescheduled for 7:30 AM, a time that was completely inconvenient for me. Then the persistent phone calls started which felt very intrusive. I mean do not they realize most people do not conduct business by cold calls anymore? I am almost surprised they did not try to send a fax.

It offered a lot of useful features and we can accomplish so many different things with this one software. Overall my experience with it was very positive.
Cons
Although the software is packed with useful tools, I find it a bit challenging to find your way around and locate the specific feature you need.

One thing I really like is that it basically ensures we never lose track of a printing client from their first inquiry all the way to final delivery. I also like how you can customize the contact details and sales stages to perfectly fit our specific project workflow.
Cons
The mobile app feels a bit awkward compared to the desktop site particularly when we need to quickly update project notes while we are out of the office.

The platform is user-friendly and a great fit for small and medium-sized teams. Also it is highly adaptable with effective workflow tools. Sorting through data and applying filters is simple which makes it easy to keep a clear record of everything.
Cons
I feel like the interface is a little plain and could be more dynamic. The reports are not interactive and I had some trouble trying to set up automated reporting for our management reviews.

I have been a Zoho user for years since it was mainly a customer management tool and I have always been a fan. Plus it was dependable, simple and kept me organized. The system has evolved a lot but that reliable core is still just as effective.
Cons
Over time it has become a bit confusing with far more features than I require. I try to simplify it and remove the clutter but the restrictions on customization make that hard which is frustrating when you just want a simple system.

Pros
The automated activity tracking is absolutely the best. Also it is precise and helps us pick up conversations seamlessly. Custom messages are handy and simple to use. Automatically saving lead details stops us from ever losing contact info and assigning leads to the right sales funnel and person automatically saves time and cuts down on mistakes.
Cons
I feel like the speed could be improved. The AI assistant seems helpful at first but it often produces confusing replies. I have to keep a close watch on the automated chats and take over when it fails. It does help with automation but it requires constant supervision.
