I find it simple to navigate, the layout is clear and we can add notes to every lead so all the information is right there.
Cons
The search function can be unreliable sometimes because users can type in various versions of a company name and it does not always find the right match.

It gives us access to sophisticated analytics making it simple to review our performance in customer support and outreach. Overall the interface is very user friendly and welcoming which makes the software easy to work with. It also provides multiple ways to communicate, helping us connect with customers without any hassle.
Cons
We have not faced any significant problems worth mentioning. Our use of it has been completely smooth and trouble-free.

It is very simple to use, with a user-friendly interface that our whole team learned quickly. It is also highly flexible, allowing us to customize it to fit our specific sales process. The platform manages our entire sales cycle from capturing new leads and automatically identifying the hottest prospects to highlighting the ones most ready to buy, which helps us follow up more effectively. Overall it has drastically reduced manual data entry by automating our routine sales tasks. And it comes with a wide array of ready-made reports and analytics, letting us easily track our sales pipeline, marketing efforts and key performance indicators. We can also build and schedule custom reports, exporting them for easy review. Its ability to measure marketing campaign success by showing performance, reach and results helps us understand their true impact. Finally the mobile app is a real game-changer, giving us constant access to customer details, interaction history and sales data no matter where we are.
Cons
To be honest we are really grateful to the support team for helping us run it without any problems or glitches.

The design is very clean, it is easy to adjust the sales stages and other options and the whole system is incredibly simple to operate.

What I love most is how Zoho CRM consolidates all customer interactions making it simple to manage leads, track opportunities and run automated processes. For example I set up an automated follow-up email for the sales team and our response rates improved dramatically. Another excellent feature is Zia, the AI assistant which forecasts sales trends and helps us prioritize the most promising leads.
Cons
For someone new to CRM software, the layout can feel intimidating initially. The premium features like custom modules and advanced connections, require a top-tier subscription making it a significant investment for smaller teams.

One thing I really like is that it offers a lot of customization potential, as long as you have developers on your team to make those changes.
Cons
Zoho Deluge can feel quite restrictive if you do not have a strong coding background. The workflows also do not operate the same way I am familiar with from using Salesforce or HubSpot.
