“Feature-rich suite with strong value”
Pros
Right from the start, it offered a huge range of features and products that can support running a business. It worked really well for us in the early days when the company was still small. I also know businesses that use it at the enterprise level because the customization options are extensive and the pricing is very competitive. The biggest advantages are the pricing, the broad feature set, the strong bundle of products around the CRM and how customizable the platform is overall.
Cons
The weakest part is the usability. The UI/UX feels less modern than competing products and comes across as a bit outdated. It is not very user-friendly to use or customize at first so there is definitely a learning curve before everything starts to make sense.

“Well laid out”
Pros
Setting it up is not hard and the layout feels very user-friendly. Lead management works really well, making it simple to track leads and potential deals while supporting business growth. Contact management is also well organized and the third-party integrations connect without much trouble.
Cons
Honestly, there's hardly anything about it that I dislike.

“Useful dashboard”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very simple and it's also flexible enough to customize the way you want. The features I appreciate most are the lead and contact dashboard that shows all activity for each contact and where they sit in the sales pipeline, plus the integration with email and social media for instant posting and communication. Having one-click calling and meeting scheduling right inside the dashboard is also really useful. Segmentation by follow-up actions or campaigns, along with the reporting tools, adds a lot of value. Since it connects with the rest of the Zoho suite, setting everything up is convenient and doesn't require any third-party software.
Cons
Because it works closely with the rest of the Zoho suite, the monthly subscription cost can increase depending on which tools you need although there is also an all-inclusive pricing option. And while the platform is fairly simple overall, there's still a bit of a learning curve like with most software. That said, the tutorials are genuinely helpful for getting past that.

“Well-organized interface”
Pros
The interface felt clean and user-friendly so getting around the platform didn't take much effort. The automation features are also really practical for businesses that need to stay on top of customer relationships and day-to-day CRM tasks.
Cons
It's a strong product overall but the pricing does feel a little on the expensive side.

“Its versatility stands out”
Pros
It's a very powerful piece of software but what really sets it apart from the rest is its ability to connect with other specialized applications such as invoicing, project management, analytics, email marketing and more. That makes it a much better tool compared with other CRMs because it has the versatility to link different departments across the company.
Cons
To really get the most out of it, you need to work with a partner who can help with the implementation. I'd suggest looking for them directly on the IT company's website since the premium partners are usually the ones with the most experience using these tools. It has so many features that it's almost impossible at first to know how to use everything properly without support from professionals who know the platform well. You can definitely get started without them but I still recommend getting expert help because using these tools to their full potential can help your company generate a lot more sales.

“Feels approachable”
Pros
This CRM feels very approachable even for someone who has never used one before. On top of that, the customer support team responds to emails really fast whenever there's a question even for something as basic as understanding formula line logic.
Cons
A few of the integrations are a bit complicated so it takes some patience and time before everything works the way it should.

“Valuable insights into customer buying behavior”
Pros
Running our company's marketing through this has made a noticeable difference in our revenue growth. We're getting much richer insight into customer buying behavior and preferences from different parts of the world which has been incredibly valuable. Being able to segment the data so quickly and clearly has completely changed how we work. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
I was a little skeptical in the beginning but that changed pretty quickly. It turned out to be an excellent product with every feature I needed, plus extras I didn't even expect. If someone is in the market for a CRM, this is definitely the one I'd suggest.

After using this CRM for the past 2 years, it has been a wonderful tool for our team. It does a really good job of capturing leads from different media sources and the reporting features are very helpful. It's also simple to use and we've clearly seen positive changes in the way we work. It has made our job much more manageable.

“reasonable pricing”
Pros
After a year of using it, I honestly see it as one of the best CRM platforms available. The interface is clean, it's simple to work with and the pricing is very reasonable. One thing that could make it even more competitive in the US market would be adding stronger mobile device features.
Cons
Having worked with it for years, it's hard to picture switching to another CRM. The level of customization is impressive, the integrations work really well and the customer support has been outstanding. Their team has consistently been there to help whenever I needed it.

“Keeps client accounts organized”
Pros
Working in an accountancy firm, we manage accounts for multiple clients and Zoho has made that much easier. It helps us keep all users and client accounts organized and accessible in one place with just a click.
Cons
The only real issue is the subscription renewal timing. If you get busy and miss the due date to renew, the software stops working which can be a problem.
