“Powerful mobile functionality”
Pros
Running a business solo and working mostly in sales, I really need a mobile app that actually holds up in day-to-day use. A lot of CRMs fall short here, with apps that lose so much functionality that they're barely useful once you're away from the desktop. This one does a really strong job of keeping a lot of the core features available on mobile and that was one of the biggest reasons I decided to go with it.
Cons
Its deep level of customization can be a plus and a minus at the same time since there's definitely a learning curve and some upfront time you have to put in before you can really get the most value out of the CRM.

“Smart tools for communication”
Pros
Between email, chat and live view, it covers the key communication pieces really well and the platform feels somewhat intelligent in the way it works.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn at the beginning and the setup takes time even though the system does feel somewhat intelligent.

“Easy to deploy”
Pros
After more than five years of using Zoho under an enterprise license, it has proven to be very user-friendly and simple to deploy. It works well with our in-house applications through integrations and the dashboard is well designed. The availability of different user roles is helpful and we rely on it for CRM, lead management and customer support. The wrapper API functionality has also been solid. Uptime has been dependable, the licensing policy works well for us and having the data center in India now is another big plus.
Cons
Technical support still needs improvement. New features should be rolled out faster in response to customer feedback and the security capabilities also need to be strengthened.

“Competitive pricing”
Pros
Running it across 118+ clients has made a big difference for me. I can keep track of client records, licenses, invoices, credits, email marketing, campaigns and even use the Sprint tool to launch and manage work in a Kanban-style setup. For everything it includes, this is definitely one of the most inexpensive CRM tools out there.
Cons
Once you need deeper customization, the options start to feel limited unless you bring in an IT developer to tailor it to your requirements. Customer support also won't handle that kind of customization for you.

“CRM traceability I really enjoy”
Pros
Being able to track everything in the CRM and connect several folders at the same time is really helpful because it keeps the information properly recorded.
Cons
It would be even better if there were a financial integration with other programs, for example "PARASUT" in Turkey.

“Lead qualification and data export”
Pros
The parts that have made the biggest difference for me are lead qualification, data export and the contact database. Those features are really what make this software worth using and they're very simple to work with.
Cons
It can be slow and sometimes crashes. Since we have to reach out to clients every day and rely on their information being available, those crashes end up being pretty inconvenient for us.

Pros
Really practical to use, with the same tools available as on the computer through the website. The voice note recording feature is especially excellent and very useful.
Cons
For the past few months, reports haven't been possible to display. It's also not possible to use geolocation when adding a new address for a new contact.

“Covers all bases”
Pros
Having the option to move into a complete online business software suite is a big advantage. If you expect to need more tools later and want everything to work well together, their full suite covers that nicely.
Cons
A few features such as filtering and layout customization, are locked behind the paid version. It's not a major issue but it's still worth keeping in mind.

“Checks every box”
Pros
Between the built-in email templates, daily email sending limits, contact and invoice management and plenty of other tools, the CRM covers a lot. It works really well for companies and organizations that need a centralized way to handle documentation because it's simple to use, efficient and supports data transfer nicely. There's also a wide range of customization available. On top of that, you can use extensions and integrations from the Marketplace to improve different parts of the business, including productivity, sales and financial management.
