“drag-and-drop customization”
Pros
This platform is very flexible. It can be customized to fit just about any requirement a nonprofit might have. The user-friendly setup especially the drag-and-drop customization, makes administration very manageable. Even when working with a design that was originally built more than two years ago, rolling out new features is still very simple. It also doesn't take much Deluge coding to add functions that aren't available through the native configuration.
Cons
A downside is needing to rely on several companion products like Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics since the built-in versions inside Zoho CRM are fairly basic. That seems to be a deliberate business choice by Zoho and it's not entirely unreasonable. The integrations between these add-on products are relatively simple to set up but there is still a learning curve because their interfaces are very different from the main CRM UI.

“Doesn't require any technical background”
Pros
The CRM is simple to manage and doesn't require any technical background to learn or understand. We've been using it for ticket management and handling the organization's email support and it works well for both.
Cons
Pricing is divided into slabs and the jump between each one is quite large. Also, many features aren't available unless you go with the enterprise plan.

“Has all the necessary features”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and user-friendly. It includes the core CRM features you'd expect and those features work really well.
Cons
A frustrating part comes up when handling multiple prospects at once especially during an email campaign. If I need to open one specific prospect's profile to confirm whether they should be included, it resets the whole selection so I have to go back and reselect all the previously chosen prospects from scratch.

“Packed with features”
Pros
It comes packed with the features needed to handle just about any CRM task, whether it's running email campaigns or qualifying leads. On top of that, the wide range of integration options makes it very adaptable since even non-native functions can usually be connected without much trouble.
Cons
Navigating the user interface can be frustrating at times and some of the customization features feel confusing or simply not very useful.

“Reasonable pricing”
Pros
It has been a really positive experience. The interface is very user-friendly and it's simple to navigate without much effort. The pricing also feels quite reasonable especially when you compare it with other CRM tools on the market.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't anything specific I disliked about Zoho CRM.

“Budget-friendly tool”
Pros
The pricing stays budget-friendly and the API integration is a real plus. It's accessible without much hassle and the range of features and functionality covers what I need well.
Cons
The UI could definitely be improved and the level of customization still feels like an area that could use more work.

“Essential for us”
Pros
At the Professional tier, it comes with Quotes orders, Invoices and other tools that are essential for us. It does a really good job of keeping the app our Sales team uses separate from what our Accounting team needs, while still connecting everything with Zoho Books. Because of that, neither team has to keep switching back and forth between different systems.
Cons
The amount of menu tabs can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning but once you get into it, the platform lets you customize what you do and don't need for your workflow.

“Helps sales teams track leads”
Pros
Being able to tailor it to fit my business without needing coding or developer help has been a big advantage. I can make small changes to the interface myself which is something I really appreciate. It's also quick to learn so getting comfortable with the system doesn't take long. The CRM helps sales teams track the leads it captures and analyze them in real time to tell whether a lead is hot, cold or somewhere in between. Those features are genuinely useful in day-to-day work and have been very valuable for me.
Cons
As our company expanded and we added more tools to our stack, integrating them with Zoho became a real challenge. There aren't many sales tools that connect with it directly so the integration options can feel limited. As a growing SaaS business, we've run into some serious roadblocks trying to connect it with other platforms. On top of that, customer support can be hard to deal with at times.

Pros
Managing contacts, leads and customers is pretty simple with it. It's user-friendly, connects well with other platforms and gives me one place to stay on top of everything.

“Strong set of features”
Pros
It brings a really strong set of features to the table, it keeps all client details in one place, handles document and KYC management well, offers cloud access, automates replies and follow-ups and also helps with analyzing sales performance and data.
Cons
Even though it is packed with features and works very well overall, its built-in analytics reporting still feels limited. To get the reports users need, they have to set up their reporting requirements separately through Zoho Analytics.

“lacking execution”
Pros
About the only advantage that comes to mind is that it connects with a wide range of other solutions but that really doesn't make up for how weak it feels in most other areas.
Cons
Zoho honestly comes across like a company that expanded too quickly, rolling out all kinds of products without really refining one before jumping to the next. A lot of the features and overall functionality feel underdeveloped in almost every area and even basic tasks are more frustrating than they should be. Repetitive work ends up feeling like a complete chore.

“Limited flexibility”
Pros
Having a mobile app is a big plus and the free version is capable enough to be used effectively without feeling too limited at the start.
Cons
the free plan doesn't offer customization so we've had to adjust a lot of our processes to fit the system instead of setting it up the way I'd actually want for our business.

“makes sales management organized”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been a huge help for our team. It makes sales management much more organized, no matter the volume and it has continued to support us really well as we've grown. The prospecting and follow-up tools work wonderfully and it also makes collaboration across the team much easier. The internal library is especially useful for remote work and helps make sure every sale is handled properly and accurately.
Cons
I don't really have anything negative to say about it because it has helped us a lot in the sales area. It supports us in every aspect and anytime we've needed assistance, their team has been there without any trouble. Once in a while we've run into small bugs but the platform is updated regularly and keeps getting better.
