“Offers a broad mix of useful tools”
Pros
It sits in a crowded customer relationship management market but it still offers a broad mix of useful tools. The most common functions cover sales, marketing, project management and customer service and it also includes options for finance, IT and support teams. One thing to keep in mind is that many of the key parts of Zoho CRM cost extra. For instance, access to IT-focused features such as help desk software or trouble ticketing requires an additional payment. Still, the pricing stays fairly reasonable for the range of capabilities you get.
Cons
The website experience could definitely use a redesign. With so many functions and features packed in, it can feel confusing and leads to more clicking and interaction than necessary.

“Automates parts of sales process”
Pros
Having everything in one place for client information and executive or board contacts is a big advantage. The product works as a single source for all customer data so it's simple to access what you need without jumping between tools. It also supports workflow management well by automating parts of the sales process such as sending emails, updating contact records and tracking approval steps. Territory management is another useful feature since users can define sales regions based on customer or market characteristics. On top of that, opportunity management helps with tracking deals and preparing quotes. The email integration with Outlook or Gmail is very practical too since tasks like logging emails, creating contacts and setting up events can be handled directly from the inbox. Contract management is also well supported, with features for digital signatures, automated alerts, invoicing and workflow automation for contract reviews and approvals.
Cons
I'd still like to see more workflow options with fewer limits on how many workflows can be created. The UI could also use more customization choices.

“Widely used product”
Pros
A lot of companies use this software and it's easy to work with on a day-to-day basis. The interface feels user-friendly and the features it offers are quite good overall.
Cons
There's still room to add more features and improve the overall user-friendliness. The mobile app could also be made more practical and better designed for users which would make it more helpful.

“Full-featured platform”
Pros
Getting around it is simple and it comes with a wide range of features that cover most of what's needed to handle day-to-day CRM activities.
Cons
A challenge comes up with the Zoho CRM Plus package especially around integration. When syncing contacts between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, not all fields can be mapped properly.

“User-friendly and simple CRM”
Pros
Compared with some of the larger CRMs, this product feels much more user-friendly and doesn't bury you under endless layers. It keeps things simple and the operating instructions are clear and easy to follow.
Cons
The syncing features aren't very strong which makes it less accessible than it should be.

“Ability to sign documents”
Pros
Being able to sign documents while tracking every stage of a customer's account is really helpful. It's also very user-friendly on desktop.
Cons
The mobile version is missing a few features and I'd like signed documents to be connected directly to the related customer accounts.

“Efficient crm task planning”
Pros
Using it has made it much more efficient to manage my tasks in the CRM and keep track of upcoming weekly campaigns. It has really helped with planning my work better and also with analyzing how effective the completed work has been.
Cons
Quite a few tasks still need manual intervention and that really should be improved through automation. There are also some repetitive tasks that could definitely be handled more easily with better automation.

“Stands apart”
Pros
After trying several CRM platforms, Zoho stands out above the rest with its user-friendly setup, affordable pricing and strong feature set. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have any complaints. I'm usually very picky about the tools I use so if anything comes up later I'll revisit my review but I really don't expect that to happen anytime soon. I'm genuinely very happy with it.

“Solid CRM for online sales”
Pros
These days, CRM is essential for any business. If you run an online business, having a CRM on your website really helps with growth and generating extra sales through marketing automation. Zoho is already well known for its email products and its email deliverability is reliable. Their CRM also performs well so I'd definitely recommend Zoho CRM to other business owners.
Cons
It can feel a bit limited for startups with fewer resources. The interface isn't very appealing and it takes some time to get comfortable using it.

“Not a fan of pricing model”
Pros
Staying on top of contacts and sending regular updates to keep people engaged is pretty simple overall and putting together good-looking emails is fairly simple too. We mainly use it for our monthly newsletter sends and it handles that part well.
Cons
Uploading an updated version of the same list with new contacts can be a bit inconsistent and doesn't always work properly for me. I'm also not a fan of the pricing model based on contact count. While the campaign builder is decent, there's definitely room for improvement. You're mostly limited to the standard templates so customization can feel pretty restricted. On top of that, the layout in preview emails doesn't always match how it looked before sending which means I often have to send multiple test previews just to get everything looking right.

“Works well for growing teams”
Pros
it works well for small and mid-sized businesses. It's simple to use so you don't need a lot of technical knowledge to get started. There's also a free version available which is helpful for testing whether it fits your needs before committing. Another plus is that the API can be integrated without much trouble.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be better. Responses are limited and not always very helpful but there are plenty of articles available and the CRM is simple enough to use that you usually won't need much assistance anyway.
