“Feels complete”
Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and feels quite complete overall, with a solid dashboard and useful functionality.
Cons
The biggest gap was the lack of support during deployment. We really needed more one-on-one attention and guidance to get everything set up properly.

“Feels approachable”
Pros
Feels approachable and user-friendly, both on the web and in its standalone app. It also offers free services and the paid options are reasonably priced compared to many other platforms.

There are still a few areas that could use some improvement.

“Capable CRM with strong features”
Pros
Works well as an overall CRM, with solid task management, lead tracking, account management and useful import/export options. It covers pretty much all the core features you'd expect from a CRM and the setup and configuration are fairly simple.
Cons
It's worth taking a close look at every feature before purchasing. There are quite a few extra charges and usage limits that only become noticeable once you've already started using the software.

“Covers our needs at a fair cost”
Pros
Across my industry, not many people seem to know about the Zoho suite but it has been incredibly useful. It covers pretty much every business management need at a very reasonable cost and the Zoho team keeps updating and improving the platform regularly.
Cons
Since it is not widely adopted, there can be some confusion around how to use certain systems and integrations are not always as smooth as they could be. The interface also feels a bit dated although they do seem to make frequent improvements.

“Impressive functionality”
Pros
Getting it set up felt very simple and the interface was user-friendly to work with. It also comes with a wide range of functionality. One feature I really appreciated was being able to map field dependencies so contacts can be automatically converted into companies.
Cons
A few of the customization options felt somewhat limited. Quite a few ad hoc changes ended up requiring help from customer support and in the end we were told the code had to be modified to get those changes working.

“Lot of value for price”
Pros
It gives a lot of value for the price which is pretty consistent with most of Zoho's products and it's reassuring to know you can reach quick, real human support when needed. Adding companies and organizing them into sections is simple although anything beyond the basics can start to feel a bit complex.
Cons
Support can sometimes run into communication issues especially when language differences get in the way. On top of that, once reporting or categorization becomes more complex, it needs to be handled carefully to make sure everything flows through correctly since the process isn't always very user-friendly or easy to follow.

“Cost effective CRM”
Pros
The pricing feels very reasonable and it works well if you only need a CRM for basic use.
Cons
The user experience didn't feel that polished to me. I wish it were more user-friendly since some features come across as a bit complex.

“Loving zoho CRM”
Pros
After a month of using it, I've really come to love it. The interface is very user-friendly, it connects smoothly with my other apps and it doesn't overwhelm me with features I don't actually need. It's been a big help in staying on top of everything I need to get done.
Cons
That said, Zoho really needs to improve the UI across all of its platforms.

“Limited tracking and integrations”
Pros
Its easy to operate thanks to its simple interface and setup. The free version is a nice option and the basic plans offer decent features that can be enough for a small business.
Cons
Customization is limited and setting up website conversion tracking isn't very convenient. Its integration with Google Ads also feels lacking.

“Simple from the start”
Pros
Using it feels very simple from the start. The interface is clear enough that it takes little to no training to learn how everything works. I also really appreciate the visualizations and reports especially the pop-out window charts which make the data much more engaging to review. Another big plus is the ability to add extensions and integrations which helps with managing finances, improving productivity and boosting sales.
Cons
mobile app still doesn't offer complete access to all the features available on the desktop version. The free plan is a decent starting point but it is missing quite a few features. A lot of Zoho's more useful tools are only unlocked through a paid subscription.

“Cloud-based CRM”
Pros
Since it's cloud-based, I'm able to access it from any computer or mobile device as long as there's an internet connection. The client management tools also make it possible to screen-share and communicate with clients while discussing the project I'm working on. Zoho CRM's dashboard is simple and user-friendly and it also connects smoothly with other software.
Cons
The one issue I've run into is that it tends to crash when users try to open it on mobile devices. On top of that, the email template editor is hard to modify and doesn't offer many customization options.

“Clear layout for complex data”
Pros
It does a really good job of turning a large amount of data into a clear layout that's simple to understand and work with.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed although it may be related to our admin setup, is that not every report can be exported to Excel or PDF. That makes it harder to share updates with the team on specific incentives. It also seems like there isn't an option to hide columns for quick snapshot views which would be really helpful.

“Customer tracking done right”
Pros
From onboarding a client to closing a sale or delivering a service, the customer management process is very well structured and makes performance tracking clear and reliable. It's simple to follow and qualify clients throughout the entire journey and it also connects well with related functions such as preparing and processing client quotations.
Cons
There are a lot of features in the system which can feel confusing at times. It's also quite possible to lose work in progress so you have to keep saving constantly.

“Friendly design”
Pros
Getting it up and running was simple and setting it up for daily use didn't take much effort. Everyone on my team, along with the rest of the office, was able to start using it without any issues because the interface is very simple and works well for a small business like mine.
Cons
The training materials could definitely be improved. It would help a lot to have a clearer Zoho guide available to answer questions that come up during implementation. The organization can also be difficult at times since it feels a bit inconsistent and unclear and some parts are not as polished or neatly arranged as Zoho CRM.
