“generous free tier”
Pros
Compared with the other CRMs we tested, this feels much more user friendly. The free tier also comes with plenty of useful features which makes it a strong option for small businesses.
Cons
it includes more features than we actually need and it would be better if there were a way to turn certain sections off.

“Custom templates power our outreach”
Pros
Our team keeps all the key contact details in one place and reaching customers takes just seconds thanks to the highly customizable email templates. For marketing, this platform is basically at the center of everything we do. It also connects well with forms, websites and social media channels.
Cons
It can feel too large for many small businesses and there are times when it gets a bit complicated to work with. The price can also be on the high side, even though it's a very powerful and highly customizable system.

“Data feels secure”

“Easy to get comfortable with”
Pros
Getting started with it has been pretty simple. I began using it in November and I've already become very comfortable with it. The interface feels user-friendly, managing data is simple and it syncs well with other software and apps like PhoneBurner. I'm also able to build templates and send emails with marketing collateral directly through Zoho.
Cons
Every now and then, a few bugs make Zoho run a little slowly but overall it still feels very promising. I'd also love the option to add more phone number fields to certain lead profiles.

“Wonderful updates”
Pros
Every update seems to bring in more functionality which helps the platform stay current with market changes and align better with specific customer needs and preferences. Zoho CRM supports us across a wide range of connected business functions, including contact management, marketing automation social media, events, quote creation, invoice management, process improvement, stronger reporting and analytics and faster customer response overall.
Cons
It would be better if the pricing were available in a Pay-As-You-Go model so we'd only pay for the features and usage we actually need.

“Keeps getting better over time”
Pros
It has been really user-friendly for us and it keeps getting better over time. A few of my favorite parts are the CRM which is very simple to work in and Social since it brings all our different pages together for posting. The marketing automation side is something I'm still learning but I can already tell it will be valuable for cross-selling and staying connected with clients. The task feature has also been a big plus. I'm able to build a workflow that sends a task right to my homepage when policies are about to expire.
Cons
I'd still like to see more tutorial videos that guide new users step by step. I can usually work things out on my own but having clearer walkthroughs would be really helpful.

“Central solution”
Pros
It turned out to be a really useful tool for keeping everything organized. We were able to set up accounts, use the calendar feature and having everything together in one place made it simple to keep track of and locate what we needed.
Cons
There were a few things Zoho couldn't handle but we were still able to find workarounds for those limitations without much trouble.

“Time-saving search tool”
Pros
Search tool saves a lot of time when you're on the phone with clients. It also helps that all customer information can be stored in Zoho so everything stays in one place.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve for new users and it isn't very user-friendly at first. That said, with enough time and proper training, most people can learn how to use the CRM effectively.

Pros
Being able to access Zoho CRM from pretty much any online device, computer, laptop, tablet or mobile, whenever needed is the feature I appreciate most.
Cons

“Strong free tier”
Pros
For startups, this is one of the best CRM options to begin with especially because the free tier includes most of the features you need. Having email on your own domain at no cost for up to five users is a huge advantage for a new company. One thing to keep in mind though: if you buy even a single paid user, all of the free users disappear and you can't keep them on the free plan anymore.
Cons
Support has been frustratingly slow. Responses from customer service can take several days which is disappointing when you need help quickly.

“Packed CRM for sales teams”
Pros
Right from lead management to workflow automation, it comes with a lot of useful features packed into one platform. The interface is simple and user-friendly which really helped our sales team keep track of customer data and spend more time focusing on closing deals. Setting up a sales process for our organization was also simple in Zoho CRM. Overall, it offers everything a salesperson needs to manage customer information, segment it properly and stay on top of follow-ups to close more sales. I'm very happy with this CRM!
Cons
My overall experience with it has been excellent and I honestly haven't run into anything I dislike. It has worked really well for me.

“Love the templates”
Pros
Marketing automation has been a huge advantage for us because we can launch sales funnels and campaigns whenever we need to without much effort. The templates are probably the strongest feature. Once we set up and refined several successful campaigns, the whole process started feeling almost automatic and could run nearly on autopilot.
Cons
The CRM still has a few limitations and the interface feels only slightly above average. If the UI were cleaner and more polished, this could easily stand out as an industry leader.

“Fits any industry”
Pros
It is a very flexible platform that can fit almost any industry or business function. It works well across areas like marketing, delivery and ticketing and a lot of it feels plug-and-play. One of its biggest advantages is how well it integrates with third-party software. Designing forms is simple, adding extra fields is simple and you can set up different rules to assign tickets as needed. It also supports multiple users and sending emails to several people directly from a ticket is very convenient. Pricing is another strong reason to consider Zoho CRM.
Cons
The workflow functionality still feels like an area that could use more improvement.

“Shows my sales, accounts, reports, upcoming deals”
Pros
Getting started with it doesn't take much effort since only a little training is enough for a user to begin using it comfortably. The part I appreciated most is the interface which looks really good and feels well organized. I'm able to view my sales, accounts, reports, upcoming deals, leads and all the closed deals with clients in one place, along with a lot more. It really works well as a customer relationship management system.
Cons
I wouldn't really call this a major downside but while Zoho does provide a free version and some low-cost, budget-friendly plans, those options don't include a lot of features. If someone wants to use it at a much better level, they'll need to choose one of the higher-tier plans.
