“Reliable delivery and user-friendly filters”
Pros
Not once did I notice emails bouncing or failing to send. The interface felt very simple and the filters were user-friendly to use.
Cons
The desktop app could definitely be more stable. It ended up crashing once or twice about every two weeks.

“Low-cost option”
Pros
Getting this up and running was very simple and training the sales team to use it didn't take much effort. There was some initial resistance which is pretty normal but overall it's a low-cost option compared with other tools that are far more expensive. That said, I still think pricing for small businesses, clearly their target market, should be a bit more aggressive.
Cons
Would be nice to have clearer notifications for seeing what was happening in real time. It wasn't very simple to follow activity or track the details of each interaction as they happened. I also needed a stronger dashboard that could show movement and progress hour by hour.

“Lot of practical features”
Pros
Right from the start, it offers a lot of practical features without costing much. Its integration with different email platforms makes it simple to handle customer replies and promotional messages in one workflow. Adding new contacts is also convenient, whether it's from email or directly through phone calls. With Zoho CRM, all client information stays well organized and it's helpful having conversations, invoices and documents tied to each customer available in one place. I also appreciate the strong security standards and the way it connects with many other programs which makes importing and exporting data much simpler while cutting down on data entry mistakes.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across anything that gets in the way of using it. The tools needed to complete tasks efficiently are simple, quick to learn and the subscription cost is affordable enough to fit different needs.

“Lets you create your own variables”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is how much you can tailor the setup to match your needs. It lets you create your own variables, formulas and more which makes it really valuable overall.
Cons
The formula features are excellent but I'd still like to see more formula fields available.

“Handles territory management, quotes and orders”
Pros
Customer data and contact management have been really useful and the platform also handles territory management, quotes and orders, interaction tracking, contract management and invoicing, just to name a few.
Cons
Integration with other tools for data sharing and reconciliation could use some work and I'd also like more detailed user activity reports so we can track our users more effectively.

“Sales follow-ups made simple”
Pros
Getting the hang of it was quick. It helps keep sales activities organized, makes following up with leads simple and the automation tools are simple to use. It also comes with strong features overall and does a good job of keeping everything in order.
Cons
I haven't enjoyed the new Open Task scheduling layout. I'm not a fan of how it looks now and the reminder email for open tasks could definitely use a better redesign.

“Costs less than other tools”
Pros
Compared with the systems we used before, Zoho costs a lot less while offering much more depth in its records and transaction forms. It gives us plenty of custom fields, supports multiple payment gateways so clients can pay us more conveniently for the services we provide and includes document management that helped us handle a large volume of important files. The support options available have also been very generous.
Cons
The only challenge we really faced at the start was the learning curve, figuring out how the system works, how to use it properly and how to fit it into our regular business processes.

“Convenient report creation”
Pros
Creating reports and working with the dashboard has been really good. Both features are useful and help a lot when it comes to tracking and viewing data clearly.
Cons
User creation still needs some improvement. It would also be better if there were an option to add free users.

“Simple setup and usability”
Pros
Getting this up and running was quick and using it day to day has been just as simple. The interface is very simple and pretty much everyone in the office has been able to use it without reporting issues or needing extra help. That overall simplicity makes it a really solid fit for my small business.
Cons
Cost feels high for a start-up. It also isn't the best option when you're working with a slow internet connection.

“Packed with valuable features”
Pros
I originally bought it just for customer management but it comes with a lot of other really useful features too. Along with managing customers, it also handles accounting, monthly and daily reports, online support and more.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. I purchased it for one specific purpose and it's ended up giving me benefits in several other areas as well.

“Social, email and CRM tools together”
Pros
Having social, email and CRM tools together in one platform is really useful. The email campaign area works well for nurturing leads before passing them into the CRM module. It's also simple to assign tasks to the sales team and track clearly what has and hasn't been followed up.
Cons
It comes with so many features and applications that I doubt we'll end up using everything it offers. The Campaigns section also doesn't always send the right stats back into the CRM which can be frustrating. On top of that, there isn't a solid built-in process for qualifying leads so we had to bring in outside help.

“Huge help for my business”
Pros
Using it especially Zoho One and Zoho CRM, has been a huge plus for my business. It's very simple to customize and work with which helps me stay on top of prospecting, sales and the rest of my operations without missing a thing.
Cons

“Right choice for us”
Pros
With a smaller sales team, we didn't want to take on the cost of Salesforce which I had used at other companies before. Choosing Zoho turned out to be an excellent decision. I really appreciated how well it tracked opportunities and it was useful being able to set alerts either by email or through the system itself. It also gave us different ways to set up customer records, with enough customization to fit how we worked. On top of that, it made it simple to keep an eye on rep progress throughout the month and follow how each sale or deal was moving along. I've since moved to another organization that uses a different CRM and it really made me realize how good Zoho was especially for the price we were paying.
Cons
There really weren't any major downsides. The issues we ran into were very minor and they mostly came from people not taking the time to properly learn the software.

“Helpful email analytics and teamwork”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to quickly check email analytics like how many messages were opened, who opened them and when. The contact records also make it simple to keep track of details throughout an active deal. Collaboration works really well too since teammates can leave notes on a deal and keep everyone aligned.
Cons
emails sent through the CRM end up in a contact's spam folder rather than their inbox.
