“Reliable offline sync”
Pros
We really appreciate that the mobile app keeps working fully even when we're offline and it syncs everything once we're connected again. When we do have internet access, updates happen in real time which has been a big plus for us.
Cons
The integration itself wasn't hard to handle but it did take quite a bit of time to update all of the custom fields I had created.

“Solid way to keep a business organized”
Pros
It's a solid way to keep a business organized especially when it comes to managing emails and contact information.
Cons
It still doesn't feel as useful or as well organized as Google to me but it gets the job done.

“Useful office features and visuals”
Pros
The visuals and overall presentation are really good and the features included are useful and important for office work.
Cons
signing feature sometimes shifts away from the correct place on the document and it's often not very user-friendly on mobile devices or when the screen size is reduced.

“Very approachable”
Pros
It doesn't require any special training which makes it very approachable and user-friendly. If you need a single platform to handle management tasks, it works really well for sales, marketing and lead generation. Pulling reports is quick and hassle-free which saves a lot of time. I also appreciate the added security since it offers two-step verification for stored data and strong encryption to keep everything protected from unauthorized access.
Cons
There really isn't anything complicated about the system because it's simple to use. The only thing that could be improved is integration with more third-party applications since there are times when data still needs to be exported or imported between platforms.

Pros
This tool comes with a wide range of features which is really helpful when you're trying to keep everything in one centralized place. The tutorials are also quite good and make it easier to understand the platform.

“Not complicated for beginners”
Pros
This application feels very comfortable especially for beginners. It works really well for new users and I genuinely feel good using it. I also really enjoy working with it when managing sales leads and inquiries.
Cons
Even though it works well, it still isn't perfect and there's room for improvement. It would be better if the application became faster and even more user-friendly.

“Highly cost effective and customizable”
Pros
Right away, it feels incredibly customizable, with the option to pick and organize features based on your exact requirements. It's very simple to use, highly cost-effective and works well for a wide variety of tasks since everything is available in one place.
Cons
At times, probably because of the complex code behind the interface, the system can feel a bit slow and takes a while to respond. The mobile app also doesn't provide full access to all the features available on the desktop version. Still, compared to everything it does well, these aren't major concerns.

“ton of functionality for little cost”
Pros
It gives you a ton of functionality for what it costs. Compared with other CRMs, it delivers a lot more value for the money. There are plenty of built-in options, features and customization tools included as standard which makes it feel very powerful for the price.
Cons
That same strength can also be a downside. Because there are so many features and customization choices, the CRM takes more time to learn and can be a bit harder to navigate if you want to make full use of everything available.

“Navigation feels simple”
Pros
Navigation feels simple and the platform is user-friendly overall. We were able to tailor the sales workflow to match exactly what we needed and Zoho made it possible to bring in all of our legacy processes and workflows without much trouble. From lead management through deal closure, everything followed a disciplined process, with details captured properly along with the next steps. The dashboards and reporting have also been very convenient for management.
Cons
It would be really helpful to have inline editing available in views. At the moment, making updates is a bit inconvenient because you have to open each individual record instead of editing directly from the list.

“Long list of strengths”
Pros
It comes with a long list of strengths. Getting started is very simple, it's flexible to work with and the video guides are genuinely helpful. The pricing options are excellent as well especially the free edition which gives you access without any obligation or cost. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding.
Cons
Any downsides feel minor because Zoho's benefits clearly outweigh its disadvantages.

“Comes with its own ecosystem”
Pros
Appreciate the wide range of features it provides. It also comes with its own ecosystem, offering plenty of plugins and integrations with nearly every other Zoho tool, with Zoho CRM serving as the central hub.
Cons
The interface could use some improvement. The only downside I really notice is that the UI has limited branding and customization options.

“Lets me work from anywhere”
Pros
Being a cloud-based platform, it lets me get to my work from practically anywhere as long as I have an internet connection on any device. The management features are really useful too especially the calendar reminders and the Cliq app which help keep things organized and convenient. It's also well built overall and I haven't had issues with third-party service compatibility.
Cons
It still needs a few updates since some bugs haven't been resolved yet. Every now and then, I also run into login errors which can be frustrating.

“Startup-friendly CRM value”
Pros
Running a startup with a small team, choosing this CRM turned out to be one of the smartest decisions we made. It's simple to set up, simple to use and makes it really convenient to share customer data and interaction history across the team. The pricing is also a big plus since keeping costs under control matters so much for a startup and it still delivers everything we need at a very affordable rate.
Cons
It doesn't offer as many features as some of the bigger CRM platforms but depending on what you actually need, those extra tools may not be necessary anyway.

“Nice client management feature”
Pros
it's cloud-based so I can log in from any device whenever I have an internet connection. The client management feature is also very helpful because it lets me communicate with clients and even screen-share the project I'm working on. Zoho CRM also has a user-friendly dashboard that makes navigation simple and it integrates well with other tools.
Cons
The only issue I've noticed with this tool is that it tends to crash when users try to access it on mobile phones. On top of that, the email templates are not very simple to edit and the customization options available for them are quite limited.
