“Well-organized and fluent design”
Pros
The layout is very simple and everything runs fluently without any hassle. It's all properly organized which makes it comfortable for users to navigate and work with.
Cons
Large number of features can feel a bit complex for someone who only needs the basics. That said, once you understand everything it offers, there's a lot to appreciate.

“Comes with a learning curve”
Pros
It works well as a CRM especially for companies or teams that need a starter option and may not have used a CRM before. It does a really good job of storing customer information and keeping that data organized. That said, it still feels limited when it comes to customization and building out custom features and the automation side could be much better too.
Cons
Using it can feel pretty complex at times and there's definitely a steep learning curve. It's not the most user-friendly platform so getting comfortable with it can take a while.

“Easy to share data with team”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple and sharing data across the team has been really convenient.
Cons
It still isn't quite as powerful as Salesforce but since it's been so simple to use, I really can't complain.

“Worth the money”
Pros
Compared with alternatives like HubSpot, Zoho One for startups feels very budget-friendly. It bundles a wide range of marketing tools in one package, including social media management, popup automation, plus webinar and meeting features.
Cons
Custom report creation isn't as user-friendly as it could be. Social media reporting also needs more depth especially when it comes to historical data.

Probably the simplest CRM platform I've ever set up and tailor to my needs. The implementation process was simple and customizing it to match our workflow was just as hassle-free.

“Covers the needs of startups”

It offers a range of other services that really cover the needs of startups as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

The UI especially the classic interfaces, still doesn't feel user-friendly enough to attract modern businesses.

“Not hard for beginners”
Pros
Running a small organization, it has been a really good fit for us. The system is simple to use so even beginners can get comfortable with it without much trouble. The docs, file handling and task management features are all very useful and work really well.
Cons
I'm not too happy with the pricing structure. For startups and newer businesses, the payment plans can feel a bit heavy on the budget. It definitely offers a lot of help but the cost can still be a little too high for new organizations.

“Works for businesses of all sizes”
Pros
It has been really useful for handling customer integrations, tracking follow-ups and managing leads in one place. The interface is user-friendly and simple to move around and it's nice that you can configure and customize it based on how you want to work. It fits well for both small businesses and larger companies which makes it a solid option for different team sizes.
Cons
Customer support could be better. Email responses tend to take a while and the support bot often replies with generic answers that don't seem to fully understand the actual question being asked.

“Smooth ERP integration”
Pros
Working in it feels very simple because the interface is user-friendly and the cloud option is convenient to use. Its ERP integration has also been consistently smooth which makes the overall experience even better.
Cons
The pricing doesn't always feel aligned with the overall look and feel of the tools and the updates could use more refinement and better fine-tuning.

“Attractive pricing”
Pros
Compared with other CRM tools, the pricing is really attractive. It works well with Zoho Assist for service desk tickets and quotes, helps keep a clear record of what has been communicated to each customer and the Gmail integration is also pretty useful.
Cons
Getting everything set up and learning to use it can be a bit more challenging than with some competing products. That said, the lower cost more than makes up for the extra effort in my opinion.

“Better than other tools”
Pros
Its better than all the tools I've used. It's very user-friendly and works really well for bringing different business processes together in one place.
Cons
There's still a bit of room to improve the platform's day-to-day practicality in certain areas but honestly there aren't any major issues that need significant changes.

“Good match for a small business”
Pros
A big advantage is the pricing especially since it can be free if you're a developer or qualify for that kind of access. If you already have a solid background in programming, computing and technology, it can actually be a good match for a small business.
Cons
The hardest part is the implementation and overall management of the software. The interface also doesn't work well for me. Even though it's free, connecting it with servers and other software is really difficult if you want to build something useful especially when you don't speak English.

“Helps the sales team”
Pros
It really stands out for how well it connects with many other products and the overall access and usability are very convenient. The mobile app is especially helpful because it saves the sales team time and gives them much more flexibility while working. It also does a strong job of helping increase customer leads, speed up the sales process and track sales team performance effectively.
Cons
At the start, it does take some time to customize all of the features properly but once that setup is done, things become much easier to manage. We also needed some additional support from Zoho's customer service along the way.

“Less complicated than alternatives”
Pros
Compared with a lot of CRM tools on the market, this feels much less complicated. It's simple, doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge or too many inputs and it's one of the easiest CRM systems to learn quickly. On top of that, the competitive dashboard adds a nice challenge and keeps employees motivated to perform and compete with each other.
Cons
It has been working well for me overall but there are a few minor issues that could be improved. One thing I noticed is that when I add a website link inside a sent email, it gets replaced with a Zoho URL instead. That can make customers suspicious since the original link I included is not displayed clearly.

“Creates tickets automatically”
Pros
Tickets get created automatically from the email inbox. It also handles automatic ticket assignment and replying or following up directly by email makes day-to-day support much more convenient. The ticket tree view and the option to group tickets are also very useful for staying organized.
Cons
There are still a few limitations worth mentioning. Workflow automation is only available up to a certain extent unless you move to the Professional tier. ZIA, the voice assistant, still needs improvement and the free version being limited to just 10 users can be restrictive.
