“Has all the solutions”
Pros
There's a huge range of features which gives me confidence that I can find a solution for just about any issue related to my business or the clients I work with.
Cons
A bit challenging to handle at first so it takes quite a few training sessions to get everyone up to speed.

“Convenient to access information”
Pros
Zoho CRM Mobile brings together all the essential functions in one place and having it on mobile makes a real difference. It's very convenient to access information and update data from anywhere without being tied to a desk.

The voice assistant doesn't always recognize commands correctly.

“Handles sales automation well”
Pros
I love how well it handles sales automation, along with the email tools, sales system and several other useful features.
Cons
An issue I have with it is the email setup when adding a domain name to the account. Certain domains like .ga and .cf are not supported which is not ideal at all. That's something they really should improve.

“Ideal for startups”
Pros
For very small companies and startups, this product matches their needs well. It's affordable to get started with and helps them organize their data early on, while giving a small team basic visibility into the information they need. Lead management works well, contract management covers the basics and the analytics are useful enough to build on.
Cons
Pricing model doesn't feel well structured around some very basic features. You're often pushed toward upgrading to more expensive plans just to access things that seem like they should already be included.

“Well-trained support team”
Pros
It is simple to manage and the real-time lead capture works really well. Customer support has also been very helpful especially because they assist in the local language.
Cons
The price is quite high and feels out of reach for small business owners or smaller real estate developers.

“Excellent for exchanging ideas”
Pros
Using it has been really simple. It does a nice job of keeping files and folders organized and sharing resources with team members in other states is very convenient. It's also a solid way to stay connected, exchange ideas and keep all of our materials together in one place.
Cons
The thing I like less is the number of email notifications I get about the status of questions or topics. A lot of those updates don't always feel relevant to me.

“Top-tier security”
Pros
From lead follow-up to conversion, it does an excellent job of helping businesses turn prospects into actual customers. It adds a strong level of efficiency to day-to-day operations and gives you the sense that a business has everything it needs in one place. You can build out your business processes inside Zoho and have your team work within them effectively. Its security and data management are among the best I've seen compared with other CRM platforms. I'd definitely recommend businesses adopt Zoho as their CRM solution.
Cons
Getting the most out of it takes a lot of customization at the beginning which can be challenging if you're not very tech-savvy. It took me about three months just to figure out how to add my account details to an invoice or quote.

“My main business tool”
Pros
It is the software I rely on every day for work and it has become my main business tool. One thing I really appreciate is how well it syncs both ways with other Zoho apps especially Zoho Invoice. The mobile app has also been a huge help and honestly feels like a real lifesaver when I need to manage things on the go.
Cons
Because it comes packed with so many features, getting everything set up can be pretty difficult. I also don't like that I can't track email behavior and it would be much better if Zoho added a client conversation history feature like its main competitor offers.

“Limited formatting options”
Pros
Getting around it is pretty simple and moving data over to other platforms is simple too. It lets you customize your views, choose what information you want to track and make it visible to everyone on the team. One feature I really appreciate is being able to create, customize and send emails from the team's shared email inside Zoho so there's no need to use a personal work email when reaching out to clients or sending messages in bulk.
Cons
A few parts of the system feel somewhat complex or restricted in terms of what you're actually able to do. The email tool is the feature I rely on the most and right now its formatting options feel limited which makes it harder to add much customization or creativity.

“Scales well and sets up fast”
Pros
I really appreciate that it can scale as your business grows and getting started with it is very simple. With other tools, it can take days before you get anything useful done and you usually have to spend time going through tutorials first.
Cons
As a solo freelancer, the plans feel oversized and still miss what I'd call a basic must-have feature. It was frustrating to realize I'd need to jump all the way up to the pro tier just to get email integration. That plan is too expensive for my needs and includes a lot of extras I wouldn't use, while the lower tiers leave out the one feature I really need: having all emails copied into the CRM so I can manage and reply to the 100+ emails I receive each day from one place, with everything linked to the right client, customer, project, task and so on.

“Faster payments with instant invoices”
Pros
Being able to email invoices right when the service is completed helps me get paid much faster and cuts down a lot on postage costs.
Cons
Once in a while there's a billing mix-up through the App Store and Zoho doesn't reflect the credit properly. When that happens, my account gets bumped down to the free plan and I'm stuck unable to send new invoices until everything gets sorted out.

“One-stop solution for managing business activities”
Pros
Excellent experience because it works as a one-stop solution for managing business activities. Its accessibility and availability make it convenient for team members as well as clients to stay updated and get any project-related information without hassle. The interface is quite simple to navigate which makes daily use comfortable. Another big advantage is that Zoho is very cost-effective. It also supports integration with other apps and the cloud storage feature gives quick access to data whenever needed.
Cons
Customizing fields can be a little challenging. I also experienced some delay when waiting for a response from support. A live chat option would make Zoho much better for handling quick and simple questions.

“Sales automation that saves time”
Pros
The sales force automation has been a big help because it cuts down the time spent on manual data entry. Lead management is also really useful and it helps make sure no lead slips through the cracks that could eventually turn into a sale.
Cons
When we integrated this software with another system for asset management, the support team was very helpful and got everything up and running quickly.

“Offers several useful capabilities”
Pros
Right away, it offers several useful capabilities especially for marketing and improving customer relationships online. One of the best parts is the free plan which makes it possible to get started, learn how the platform works and even begin seeing results in the business without much risk.
Cons
Before long though, there's a good chance you'll need to reach out to customer support and that team is spread across different countries. While the technicians clearly know what they're doing, that setup isn't always ideal because the whole point of using software like this is to rely less on outside help, automate more of the work and avoid depending too much on technical specialists within the business.

“Plenty of room to customize things”
Pros
Appreciate how well it connects with a wide range of other programs. It also gives you plenty of room to customize things so with some programming, you can pretty much build it to do whatever you need.
Cons
A frustrating part is that some updates end up breaking features or workflows that were already working fine. On top of that, customer support takes too long to respond and hasn't been very helpful when issues come up.
