“Customer-friendly software”
Pros
It feels very customer-friendly to use. It has built-in support for a wide range of business processes which makes it practical for different kinds of companies. There's also a strong level of customization available through extensions and access to the software marketplace so it can be adapted pretty well to specific needs.
Cons
Getting it set up is very simple and it works well in both online and offline modes.

“Connects with Salesforce”
Pros
You can customize it and connect it with on-premise or cloud platforms like Salesforce. It sends real-time updates and alerts to the right owners which helps prevent service level agreement breaches, save costs and avoid penalties. The alerting setup across text, email and calls is especially useful.
Cons
At times, even after an alert has been acknowledged, it still appears as unacknowledged. That's the only issue I've come across.

“Impressive depth”
Pros
Zoho CRM and the broader Zoho suite come with a lot of features and impressive depth. There's a ton built into the product lineup which makes it feel very capable.
Cons
It can be confusing at times. It's not always clear what's included in the product you're buying or whether you'll need to add another Zoho product to fully cover your use case.

“Cloud-based CRM for businesses of any size”
Pros
It works well as a cloud-based CRM for businesses of any size. In our organization, we use it to bring all contacts together around the SPANCO model and the platform gives us the flexibility to customize tools based on what we need. We've also connected it with G Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Evernote, HubSpot and other third-party systems. The MIS capabilities are excellent and report customization is especially useful for our requirements. Client login options and follow-up features are also very helpful and one of the biggest advantages is that it's quite economical to use.
Cons
There were times when the CRM didn't perform as well as expected which could get frustrating. Integrating it with HubSpot was also challenging and ended up taking longer than we anticipated. Aside from that, there isn't really anything to dislike.

“Well planned user experience”
Pros
It felt thoughtfully designed. The user experience is well planned, there's a lot of room for customization and it matches our needs very well. It's also quite simple to work with especially because it connects with many other tools. If you're already on Zoho One, it's even better but it still integrates well with plenty of other platforms. I was able to get comfortable with Zoho CRM pretty fast and within about 10 days I felt fully settled using it.
Cons
I don't really see anything missing in it for what we need. I wouldn't call it perfect but for our current use case, it has everything we need right now.

“Minimalist design”
Pros
Using it feels simple and the minimalist design keeps everything looking clean and uncluttered.
Cons
At the same time, it still feels less user-friendly than it should be especially for new customers so the software could use more work to make it simpler and easier to get started with.

“Accessible from desktop and mobile”
Pros
This has been a really positive experience. It's a simple, user-friendly sales tool that still includes nearly every feature you'd want for handling sales, support and marketing. One thing I really appreciate is how easily I can sync my contacts which lets me access everything from both my desktop and mobile device. I also like that it connects well with other apps, making it even more useful.
Cons
The number of features can feel a little overwhelming but once you get familiar with it, Zoho CRM stands out as one of the best CRM tools I've come across especially for the price.

“Exactly what we needed”
Pros
It has been exactly what we needed for our sales process. The platform is simple to use and even someone completely new can pick it up and understand it without much trouble.
Cons
It works really well but it's only a practical option if your business has the budget to handle the higher cost of this CRM solution.

“Inexpensive CRM with powerful features”
Pros
Zoho is a very affordable CRM that still packs in a lot of powerful features. The mobile app is also really solid and works very well.
Cons
The free version is somewhat limited when it comes to integrations with other products. To really take full advantage of everything this product offers, you'll need to move beyond the free plan.

“Powerful way to manage customer data”
Pros
It gives us a powerful way to manage customer data and keep track of sales leads effectively.
Cons
Some of the terms make the system harder to understand especially since the word "Campaigns" is used in multiple places with different meanings depending on that part of the system.

“Helped us build customer funnels”
Pros
Our small marketing team of 10 used it and it really helped us build customer funnels and organize our databases. It's also one of the most cost-effective tools we've worked with.
Cons
A few features feel more complicated than they need to be. Setting up something like a custom-variable follow-up email campaign takes a long process since you have to create the lead campaign manager first and that setup can get pretty complex.

“Helpful for new businesses”
Pros
It is really helpful for new businesses that are just starting out. The features it offers can solve many common business challenges and tools like instant surveys, account management and others help make day-to-day operations much more efficient.
Cons
If you're just getting started, the pricing can feel a bit expensive. That's the only downside I've noticed while using Zoho CRM. It would be much better if they offered membership discounts or a longer free trial especially to support new businesses.
