“Reliable relationship management platform”
Pros
It stands out as a reliable relationship management platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The pricing is very appealing for the range of services it offers and it gives users enough flexibility to customize tasks based on their needs. It handles most of the functions you would expect from a CRM and the cloud-based system is helpful for keeping files stored securely and completely. It's also user-friendly overall and does a good job with client organization, meeting scheduling, email services, customer follow-up, report creation, workflow management, notifications and file uploads.
Cons
On the downside, the interface can feel a little slow at times. Getting around the system may also be confusing for beginners because there are so many options that it can become distracting. The interface itself could use a better overall refresh and improvement. Technical support is not always responsive enough and the quality of social media content can be inconsistent due to occasional errors. Instant communication with customers also needs improvement especially in terms of speed and professionalism.

“Dependable reporting”
Pros
Customizing the dashboard is really convenient and the reporting for non-sales work is dependable and delivered on time. It's simple to use, helps improve business processes and management and works very well for business analytics.
Cons
It's reliable and flexible especially when it comes to business analytics.

“Effective once you learn it”
Pros
It takes a bit of time to get used to but once you understand it, it works really well and gets the job done effectively.
Cons
Getting around the system can be a challenge at first because there are a lot of tabs and options which makes it feel less user-friendly.

“cool features”
Pros
The interface feels user-friendly and it comes with some really cool features. It's very simple to work with.
Cons
Nothing to point out here. In all the years I've been using the system, we've never felt the need for extra functions or attributes because the business hasn't lacked anything.

“I recommend it often”
Pros
One thing that really keeps me using this software is the email integration especially the BCC feature that lets every email I send also get forwarded into Zoho. Being able to create email templates directly inside the system is a big plus too. Overall, it's a really solid platform. I recommend it often and have even gotten quite a few other people to start using it.
Cons
A recurring issue is that a lot of the emails I send through Zoho end up in the recipient's spam folder. I wish more could be done with the email headers since that's usually what causes email clients to flag messages as spam and improving that would help avoid the problem.

“Improved a lot”
Pros
It has improved a lot since our company first started using it. There was a time when it would go down about once a month and throw our entire sales process off track. We stayed with it because the pricing was hard to beat for the features we rely on and that decision has paid off. At this point, they've gone at least a full year without any outages.
Cons
The RingCentral integration still feels pretty lacking and could be much better.

“Creates quotes and manages emails”
Pros
Just as promised, Zoho One can handle nearly an entire organization from one enterprise platform. We rely a lot on the CRM for creating quotes, sending email templates, managing emails, proposals and keeping our contacts organized.
Cons
The modules do connect with each other but only in a fairly limited way right out of the box. To get them working together the way you actually want, you'll need to spend time customizing each one. That takes some patience because this isn't a magic fix on day one though it can become very powerful once you set it up properly. As you keep using it, you start to figure out what you really need and want. I'd definitely suggest paying for Zoho support since it's not very expensive especially for smaller teams and it's based on a percentage of your licensing cost. The Zoho One support team can help with issues and answer questions when needed. There are also two support routes: either work with a Zoho partner who understands business use cases and how your company will actually apply the product or go with Zoho's own support team. The partners are knowledgeable, capable and experienced which is reflected in their pricing. Zoho's support staff can solve problems and respond to questions but they don't really offer business insight or user-friendly guidance.

“User-friendly for new users”
Pros
It is so user-friendly especially as a new user. The biggest advantage for me is that it already includes everything I need in one place.
Cons
I really haven't had any issues with it aside from the technical support but overall it has still been an excellent tool.

“Covers a lot of important functions”
Pros
Using it has been better than I expected. They really went above and beyond with the tools available for managing daily work. It covers a lot of important functions like marketing, sales, deal tracking, lead generation, project management and content management. On top of that, it's very simple to use and the interface is well designed.
Cons
User interface can take a bit of time to load. I hope the Zoho team improves that part.

“Packed with valuable tools”
Pros
Paying for it gives you a huge amount of value. It brings together a CRM, project management, web analytics, live chat for a website or app, accounting software and more in one package.
Cons
The feature set is strong overall but a few parts still need refinement. In 2021, it is up against other products that focus on doing just one thing and doing it really well. I am still happy with how much functionality is included which is why I would rate it 4/5 but there is definitely room for improvement and I hope it keeps getting better.

“Takes few clicks to get started”
Pros
Getting started with it takes just a few clicks and it's basically ready to use right away. That makes it a really strong fit for small to mid-sized teams that want something they can launch quickly without spending hours figuring out installation, deployment or troubleshooting.
Cons
While the free version is a nice starting point, it doesn't take you very far over time without paying. A lot of Zoho's useful features are locked behind the higher-priced plans and even the basic $12/month option feels limited in what it includes. The Professional plan at $20/month is more complete and still reasonably priced but Zoho can be disappointing if you're expecting a free or low-cost tool to include every feature you might want in business software.

“Pleased with it”
Pros
For the past four years, my team and I have been using it for nonprofit work with a completely free membership. Our experience has been extremely positive and we're genuinely happy to say it can be used for all kinds of work. The software is very simple to use and it doesn't require much training at all.
Cons
All of the features have been excellent. I don't have any negative feedback.

“Very powerful platform”
Pros
It is an incredibly powerful platform. It has pretty much everything needed to build a fully autonomous CRM that can run your business effectively. Beyond the CRM itself, it also offers a wide range of other products that connect and sync with it which makes the overall experience even more valuable.
Cons
Getting started with it can be challenging if you do not already have experience building out a CRM. There can also be some added complexity when it comes to coding inside the platform since it uses its own proprietary language.

“Budget-friendly but sync issues”
Pros
Cost played a huge role for us. It was easily the most affordable option we came across and for the most part, it handles what we need it to do.
Cons
What frustrates me is how it connects with the other apps in the Zoho ecosystem. These tools are supposed to work together and when they actually do, the experience is excellent. The problem is that too often they fail to communicate and data does not sync properly between Books and the CRM in either direction.

“Best fit for handling sales and marketing”
Pros
It has been the best fit for handling sales, marketing and project management in one place. The platform is very user-friendly so even someone new to it can understand how it works and get everything set up without much trouble. Another big advantage is the wide range of customization options which makes it flexible enough to support all kinds of businesses.
Cons
The pricing is a bit on the higher side although they do offer a free plan that includes lead and contact management along with reporting and analytics. Because of that, it does not feel like much of a downside.
