“Helps keep accurate records”
Pros
Using this software was a really positive experience. It gave me much better control over how I communicate with colleagues and seniors and the daily check-in and check-out process was very simple to manage. It also helps the accountant keep accurate records of how many hours I work each day. Another useful part is being able to video call coworkers and managers directly through the software. I also really appreciate the feature that lets you permanently delete certain items.
Cons
Video calling feature can be better since I've run into a few issues while trying to connect with colleagues and seniors. I also feel the user interface could be a bit better overall.

“Professional free domain support”
Pros
After starting my side business two years ago, I began using Zoho and it has felt very professional and simple to work with. It's an excellent domain app especially for businesses and startups. One thing I really appreciate is that it lets you add a new domain at no cost, while most other platforms seem to charge for every little feature. Here, everything essential is available for free which makes it even more valuable. I genuinely enjoy using Zoho Mail.
Cons
The only part I'm not very happy with is the signature section since it offers limited options. Aside from that, everything else has been good.

“Free tier is a big plus”
Pros
A big plus is the free tier which makes it simple to get started without any upfront cost. The interface also feels user-friendly so using the platform doesn't take much effort to figure out.
Cons
The thing that holds it back is the lack of decent analytics in the lower-priced plans which can feel limiting if you need more reporting insights.

“Impressive capability”
Pros
Getting our team up to speed with this CRM didn't take long at all. The platform is simple but that actually works in its favor because it's still very capable and packed with features. We use Zoho primarily alongside Office 365 and the integration has been flawless with absolutely no issues to complain about.
Cons
What may leave some people wanting more is the very simple overall feel of the software. It clearly focuses more on functionality than visual appeal which isn't really a dealbreaker but the user experience could benefit from a bit more polish. A small refresh to the UI and UX would definitely be welcome.

“Attractive CRM with a learning curve”
Pros
It has a polished, appealing interface and offers solid value for the price. It also comes with a wide range of customization options which is a big plus.
Cons
Although it looks impressive, it took quite a bit of time to learn and navigate. Some sections were not user-friendly to find and that ended up wasting time.

“Works well for first-time users”
Pros
Right out of the box, this solution comes with plenty of features ready to use. It works really well for first-time users and getting everything set up is pretty simple. Customization also doesn't take much effort which makes the whole experience more approachable.
Cons
Even though it's simple to use, the interface feels less visual than some other products. The color scheme is fairly dull and most things are presented in list format. Because of that some people in our organization tend to get lost in it and end up interacting with the system less often.

“Handles ticket assignment well”
Pros
It handles ticket assignment quite well, making it simple to direct issues to the right people. It's also useful that tickets coming in from different domains can automatically be routed to the appropriate business units.
Cons
The interface just feels a bit dated and not especially modern.

“Stands out only for its pricing”
Pros
Compared with competitors like Salesforce, it stands out mostly for its pricing. We also moved to Zoho One last year based on Zoho's recommendation and the overall user experience has been better than the Zoho CRM setup we had been using for more than three years.
Cons
The product still needs a more organized navigation flow to make the overall experience feel more user-friendly. On top of that, the custom reporting has been inconsistent with its results which made it hard for us to trust.

“Wide variety of features”
Pros
It comes packed with a long list of features and a lot of them are genuinely useful. It's a very powerful platform and with a little development work, it can be adapted to handle just about anything you need.
Cons
it doesn't have the same ecosystem as Salesforce. There really aren't many strong plugin options so in that area you're mostly left to figure things out on your own.

“Not many downsides”
Pros
Connecting this software to other platforms through Zapier was very simple. That integration made the setup with the sales ops team feel almost turnkey and the sales team was able to get into their selling activities much more quickly.
Cons
There haven't been any real downsides with this CRM especially given how simple it is for the sales team to use. Having a tool they could pick up quickly was a major requirement and it has absolutely delivered on that.

“Adjusts well according to your needs”
Pros
Simple to handle and it makes it possible to build a really solid solution around whatever your business needs.
Cons
I'm still not keen on the branding. It takes up more screen space than it should and even though it's been adjusted over the years, it still feels like wasted real estate that could be used better.

“Good value”
Pros
With so many CRM options available, the right choice really depends on how well it matches the company. This one works really well for smaller B2C businesses that need a simple CRM. The dashboard is fairly standard and doesn't offer as much customization as some other platforms but that also makes it easier for sales reps to learn and start using quickly. The pricing is also very reasonable.
Cons
Because the system is so simple, dashboard customization can be a bit limited. Some fields also require workarounds when the platform isn't designed for a specific use case I need. One example is that it doesn't automatically identify repeat customers when creating a new customer profile. Instead, I have to search for existing profiles separately and then merge or delete duplicates later. Ideally, I'd want the system to suggest matching existing customers with similar letters as I type in a new profile. That said, this may have been updated since I last used it.

“Would absolutely recommend”
Pros
Found it userfriendly and the pricing is excellent. Since adding the chat helpdesk and sending surveys with our invoices, customer satisfaction has gone through the roof because we can stay ahead of issues before they grow. I'd absolutely recommend it, it makes all of this possible and keeps it manageable even for someone who isn't very tech-savvy.
Cons
There were a couple of minor setup hiccups at the beginning but Zoho resolved them quickly once I reached out. Other than that, the process was simple and we were up and running within one business day of purchasing it.

“Useful reminder feature”
Pros
Whether I'm moving around or working between tasks, it lets me schedule events and tasks on the go. The reminder feature for business meetings is especially useful and that's something I really need for marketing and day-to-day business follow-ups.
Cons

Pros
I really appreciate how affordable it is. The learning curve is low and it doesn't come with the kind of complexity that many other CRMs on the market have.

“Free plan for setting up mail”
Pros
It offers a free plan for setting up email with your own domain. I regularly recommend it to my clients and none of them have regretted choosing it.
Cons
The paid plans feel a bit pricey for personal use. That said, for a business the pricing seems fair enough especially since the cost gets better with discounts as you add more users.

“Valuable feature set”
Pros
A lot of the value here comes from the feature set, email routing, document library, 24/7 live chat, analytics, activity dashboard and activity tracking, behavior tracking and billing/invoicing are some of the strongest parts.
Cons
The only weak point for me was my interaction with the support team which wasn't very good but aside from that, the software is positive in almost every other way.

Keeping track of client, employee and supplier information is pretty simple with this tool. The updates keep improving over time and they've made running large-scale marketing campaigns much more manageable.
Cons

Pros
It really helps with managing leads and keeping track of customer records all the way from the initial inquiry through to converting the lead into a sale.
