“Top choice for customer management”
Pros
It is a really strong CRM. It's very user-friendly and staying on top of clients and customers is simple. When it comes to customer management, it's tough to find many options that compete with it especially at that price point.
Cons
the add-ons were expensive especially the phone system. That pricing pushed me to choose a different solution in the end.

“Has everything a business needs”

Zoho has been an excellent product for us. It comes with everything needed to support and improve a business.

“Responsive customer support team”
Pros
It handles quite a bit for us, from the website chatbot integration to webforms, lead nurturing and email campaigns. It covers those core marketing tasks well and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Cons
A challenge has been fitting our company's unique way of managing contacts, leads and accounts into Zoho's module structure. Because our process is a bit different, getting everything to align properly has taken some extra effort.

“Allows me to send bulk emails”
Pros
It gives you a feature-packed platform for staying connected with customers. It lets you organize contacts, send bulk emails and notifications, handle inventory, use an AI assistant and even provide customers with a mobile app so everything stays in sync.
Cons
The software can't be self-hosted on a private server.

“Imports data quickly”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool has been very user-friendly and simple to work with. It fits especially well for startup companies and I can see many teams getting a lot of value from using it. Another thing I really appreciate is how quickly and automatically it imports data from emails which helps cover all my needs efficiently.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have anything I dislike about the tool. The Zoho team seems to be doing a really good job with it.

“Can log calls, review sales history, schedule meetings”
Pros
Keeping my client and lead information organized has been much simpler with it. I can log calls, review sales history, schedule meetings and set alerts so my pending tasks don't slip through the cracks. The platform feels user-friendly overall, even though some parts are not that simple to use.
Cons
It comes with a lot of features and that makes it a fairly complex platform with a noticeably steep learning curve. It definitely takes some prior training to use it confidently.

“Variety of fluid reporting dashboards”
Pros
It has a very user-friendly interface and feels simple to navigate. The paid plans also include a variety of fluid reporting dashboards which are really useful. Another helpful touch is the header customization, where you can choose the modules and icons you want to keep visible for quicker clicks and actions.
Cons
The free version does feel a bit limited since it only includes a small number of modules. It would be better for basic users if more modules were available so they could handle a wider range of tasks without needing to upgrade.

“Outdated integrations hold it back”
Pros
Compared with overpriced CRM platforms, this one offers a lot of functionality and holds its own as a serious alternative. At the same time, that strength comes with a tradeoff when it comes to creativity and how much you can customize within the system.
Cons
Its implementation no longer feels current and seems outdated for today's standards. Support for newer systems and integrations just isn't there which is a significant drawback.

“Simple yet effective”
Pros
Being able to access Zoho CRM from any internet-connected device has been one of the most useful parts for me. It sounds simple but it makes a big difference. Features such as meeting recording, email tools, bot chat and similar functions make Zoho a very capable CRM overall. Since I live in a country where the USD exchange rate is around 120, a lot of CRMs are far too expensive to even consider but Zoho is priced much more reasonably. I also really value the Sandbox feature because it lets me test custom-built modules without much trouble. Another feature I appreciate is Zia which analyzes activity and suggests the best time to follow up with a customer and that has been genuinely helpful. Zoho also offers quite a few solid third-party integrations. Although the customization side felt confusing at first, once you understand how it works, the system can be adapted to fit the needs of almost any business.
Cons
At the start, it was pretty confusing to work with. I had to make a lot of customizations before I could really get going and that process took time and wasn't very simple. That said, once you get past the initial setup, it becomes possible to tailor it to suit almost any business requirement. I also had an issue once where I contacted Zoho support. They did help resolve it in the end but it took 6 days for them to respond which felt longer than it should have.

“Fairly priced”
Pros
Compared with other well-known CRMs, this one is much more affordable. Its automation setup is really powerful and the system can handle many tasks at the same time without much trouble. The email features and notifications work very well and being able to access everything from a mobile phone makes it even more convenient.
Cons
Overall, it performs well but the interface can take a little time to understand and isn't something new users will grasp right away.

“keeps track of requests and quotes”
Pros
Using it, I can keep track of requests and quotes much more effectively because the data sync keeps me updated on key leads and important clients. That has helped me manage the sales pipeline a lot better. I'm also able to support customers around the clock with its calling features which makes it easier to collect their feedback. That information has been useful for improving my products and making the right adjustments. On top of that, the smart calling tools let me chat live with clients and it's a really practical way to handle several conversations at once while template messages help me work more efficiently.
Cons
When it comes to task management, it still needs more customization. The app also doesn't focus enough on history and I've had real trouble tracking process flow and reviewing reports for past receipts. There are also times when the software starts slowing down and a buzzing noise begins coming from my desktop.

“Manageable for non-technical clients”
Pros

“Useful prospect data”
Pros
Using it for customer management has been really beneficial. The prospect data is especially useful for cross-selling and upselling and the dashboard does a solid job of tracking campaign performance and showing ROI clearly. It also offers a wide variety of integrations which makes it much more practical to bring cold leads back into the sales funnel.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform does take some time. Even though online training is available, it can still feel challenging for someone completely new to the tool. On top of that, the support team could be quicker and more responsive when handling tickets.

“stands up well against alternatives”
Pros
It connects nicely with the rest of the Zoho product suite. Zoho really feels like an online Swiss army knife because it offers such a wide range of tools and features all within the same ecosystem. When you compare the available functionality and options, Zoho CRM absolutely stands up well against other SaaS platforms on the market.
Cons
That said, it is held back by an interface that doesn't really match the depth of what the platform can do. The functionality is there but the menus and overall layout can feel confusing and a bit outdated. Looking at it from the outside, it comes across more like it was designed by a development-focused team than by people centered on user experience. Because it isn't especially user-friendly or polished in appearance, it can be a hard product to introduce to new users.

“Custom dashboards and flexible views”
Pros
Dashboard is fantastic especially the freedom to design and customize it the way you want. It also gives different ways to view leads, contacts and deals which makes managing everything much more convenient.
Cons
The part that still feels missing is WhatsApp integration. I've been testing different third-party options to make it work but it would be much better if Zoho offered its own built-in integration for WhatsApp.

“All in one CRM solution”
Pros
It covers all the essential features you'd want in a sales CRM so it really works as an all-in-one solution. The pricing also feels quite reasonable for what's included.
Cons
Even though it has all the core features, the overall interface and day-to-day use could be more polished. It would be better if it felt more user-friendly and responded faster.

Pros
After Act was bought out and the new owners really messed it up, moving to Zoho ended up being the best option for me going forward.

“Lets you automate follow-up emails”
Pros
Right away, it felt like a really strong tool for keeping the sales team organized. It lets you automate follow-up emails and tasks without much hassle and you can build customized pipelines for each module based on how your team works. On the reporting side, it's useful that you can add widgets to the home page for quick visibility or connect it with Zoho Analytics when you need deeper and more detailed insights.
Cons
The selection of input types is fairly restricted especially for number fields. There are also times when the built-in options aren't enough to do exactly what you want so you end up creating custom functions which means some programming knowledge is needed in those situations.
