“Tracks and manages leads”
Pros
We used this CRM in our brokerage to track and manage leads and it's been very user-friendly. Our real estate agents picked it up quickly and had no trouble understanding how to use it.
Cons
There's really nothing specific to complain about. Everything feels simple to use and I've genuinely enjoyed working with this CRM.

“Automated lead generation and email workflows”
Pros
Once a feature is set up, it works really well. We've automated lead generation and email workflows and our funnel is now much more under control.
Cons
There are so many features available that fully implementing everything wasn't realistic for us. We've had to roll it out gradually, one step at a time.

Having all of my information in one place has been really helpful and the reports are simple to use.

“More capable than Pipedrive”
Pros
Coming from Pipedrive, it feels far more capable and much easier to handle as a CRM. The workflows are really useful, the search filters work well and the integrations with other software are a big plus. It also connects with almost any third-party tool which makes it very flexible. The reporting module is another strong point and with the Analytics add-on, it becomes even better to work with.
Cons
I'd really appreciate better color coding in the activity module, red for overdue items, yellow for tasks due today and green for anything up to date. Zoho already does something similar in the opportunity module, where you can quickly tell if a deal follow-up is late but that visibility is missing in activities. It would also help to highlight deals in red when they haven't been touched for a certain number of days, basically to flag stale or rotten deals.

“Perfect for invoicing and time tracking”
Pros
As an independent contractor, it has been the best tool for keeping up with my time, invoices and client payments. I can organize tasks however I need, set up different payment options and the whole system feels very user-friendly and simple to use.
Cons
invoice formatting is pretty limited and a few other areas of the website can feel confusing. Still, I mostly stay in the invoicing and task tracking sections and I use those every single day.

“good but could be better”
Pros
Working with it is very convenient because it's a cloud-based platform so all we really need is a device and an internet connection. It lets us manage customer relationship tools like email, chatbots, live chat, sales funnels and social media all in one place. Another big advantage is that the tools are built in a way that makes integration with third-party services simple and hassle-free.
Cons
There are still bugs and unresolved issues that don't get fixed right away. At times, I'm even able to log into the platform while it continues showing an error meant for technical support. The email template editor is also hard to adjust and there aren't many customization options available. Overall, the software still needs some improvement.

“A bit confusing”
Pros
Zoho comes with a huge range of features and does a solid job of bringing your work into one place. From CRM to email marketing, it covers just about everything you might need on a single platform.
Cons
At the same time, the large number of features and apps can make it pretty confusing to navigate. It's not very beginner-friendly when it comes to setup and ongoing management especially if you need to connect it with other tools like Google Workspace.

“Helps teams connect with customers”
Pros
Across a global range of businesses, this platform helps teams connect with customers, convert more leads and increase revenue. It works especially well for small to mid-sized companies. The huge feature set covers a lot, including sales force automation, lead management, contact management and more. It also gives users the tools to create solid forecasts and use territory management effectively. On top of that, the interface and overall design feel simple.
Cons
There is definitely a steep learning curve. Moving data from one module to another automatically through API keys is fairly difficult. A big downside is that beginners may struggle with it and it also lacks attendance-related services. During registration, there is no option to import from a web browser or email which would be helpful. A weak internet connection can also affect access to the platform. The search function is not very user-friendly either and the export system could be made much more user-friendly.

“Slow performance and poor support”
Pros
Implementation is fairly simple and it comes with a strong set of features. The workflow is well thought out and, in a few areas, feels quite similar to Salesforce.
Cons
The load times are ridiculously slow and customer support hasn't been very helpful. Upgrades and feature requests also seem to be a low priority, with updates sometimes taking years to roll out.

“Linkedin integration is amazing”
Pros
Contact management, prospecting and integration with other apps have been really valuable. Being able to use LinkedIn directly within Zoho is something I especially appreciate.
Cons
It would be even better to have more training webinars focused on how to use Zoho to grow a business.

“helpful support material available”
Pros
It feels very simple because the interface is user-friendly. There's also plenty of training content and helpful support material available which makes onboarding much easier. On top of that, it includes a lot of innovative features like Interaction Management, Scoring and others that help make the work more efficient and manageable.
Cons
There really isn't anything major to complain about. Zoho is quite proactive when it comes to research and ongoing improvements. If I had to suggest one thing as a user, it would be to offer more regular training sessions or webinars alongside these continuous enhancements so users can keep up more effectively.

“Competent support team”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt very simple to understand. It's user-friendly and also more affordable than many other software options out there. I especially value Zoho Creator since it lets us build our own apps and Zoho Assist has been very useful as well. I haven't had the opportunity to explore the rest of the products yet but my experience with these has been very positive. I'm also very satisfied with their customer service.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement, in my opinion, is the email marketing tool. It should be redesigned to work in a simpler and more productive way because I ran into quite a few strange errors and lag while using it. Aside from that, I'm still very happy with the tool overall.

“Ideal for sales”
Pros
It connects well with other tools like Zoho Project Management and Zoho Mail which makes it flexible enough to support different departments. That said, it really stands out most in sales, where it has had a very positive impact for us because it's simple to customize and work with. Thanks to that, we've been able to track our sales processes effectively and stay on top of the workflow.
Cons
Their customer support takes a long time to respond and that makes resolving issues more difficult than it should be. Because of those delays, we sometimes have to look for outside technical assistance to handle specific problems that would otherwise take too long to get fixed through Zoho.

“Not expensive at all”
Pros
As an early-stage startup without a huge budget, it has worked well for us as a cost-effective option. It gives us the core functionality we need, including contact management, assigning tasks and calls to specific team members and built-in custom email campaigns.
Cons
That said, the interface is packed with so many options that it can be difficult to locate the features we use most often. It feels like it included every possible CRM capability and gave them all the same level of visibility so the most important tools end up getting buried. For instance, when creating a task or logging a call for a contact, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of that person's page because there are so many detailed fields above it that we rarely ever use.

“cluttered UI”
Pros
The only part that moved quickly was getting started with the platform.
Cons
Everything after that was disappointing: the support is extremely poor, the team is unhelpful and comes across as unprofessional and they do not seem willing to accept feedback. The interface is overly complicated, the modules feel difficult and cluttered and the pricing is far too high for startups. On top of that, the information shared during the trial felt misleading and there is constant upselling of unnecessary apps through Zoho One.

Pros
It offers a lot for the cost. It delivers strong value overall and works especially well for small to mid-sized businesses.

Pros
Using this software feels very simple. It's really easy to work with and doesn't take much effort to get used to.

Pros
it's free and it still delivers a lot of value. The automation features save a lot of time and the real-time actions and decisions have helped improve product sales.

“does what its supposed to do”
Pros
What I appreciate most about it is how well everything connects across the platform, it all works together smoothly and just does what it's supposed to do.
Cons
At times, reaching support can be frustrating because you first get a level-one rep who ends up giving what feels like "time-wasted support" before finally passing you to someone who actually knows the issue in depth.
