“Useful free trial access”
Pros
I appreciate the free trial since it gives a company the chance to test the premium features at no cost and see whether the application actually fits its business needs.
Cons
It gets updated often and those frequent updates can sometimes introduce bugs although the good thing is that the developers usually fix them quickly.

“Interface stands out”
Pros
Right away, the interface stands out for being excellent. It lets you handle every task in a very user-friendly way so getting things done feels natural and well organized.
Cons
At first, it took me a little time to fully understand everything the platform offers since it comes with a lot of functionality.

“Consistent support”
Pros
Having a free account has been a big plus for my team and me. Once everything is set up, the platform is simple to use and customer support has consistently been very helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
Cons
Getting a domain configured with this company is difficult. I've had to reach out to customer service every time to get it done. They also charge for several basic features that other providers usually include at no extra cost and incoming emails can show up in a strange way instead of landing neatly in one inbox.

“Available for free”
Pros
Keeping my sales activities organized has barely been a worry and having it available for free, even with a limited toolset, has been fantastic. Since I'm just getting started, the setup was very simple and I was able to get it running quickly. Really amazing.
Cons
Before choosing this CRM, I assumed integrating it with other platforms would be simple but I've realized many of those platforms don't really connect with the admin side which sometimes means doing the work twice. I also hoped to keep a database of contractors but that doesn't seem to be available, at least in the free version.

“Excellent value for scaling teams”
Pros
Compared with other tools that come at a much higher cost, it really stands out as a strong option for growing organizations. I've worked with multiple clients using this sales pipeline management software and it has consistently helped them get deployed and scale successfully.
Cons
A few features can feel a bit difficult to learn in the beginning but the customer support team and the available training resources make the transition much more manageable. Most users should be able to fit it into their workflow and daily routine without too much trouble once they get past the initial learning curve.

“Wide range of capabilities”
Pros
Getting email on my own domain is what led me to this software and I definitely don't regret that decision. It offers a surprisingly wide range of capabilities so it can be used for a lot more than just one purpose. On top of that, the price is very affordable.
Cons
My only real complaint is the logo design because it makes the software look less serious than it actually is which doesn't really reflect the product well.

“happy with the results”
Pros
After using it for the past three years, I can say it has worked really well for my business. The user interface is simple to navigate and that's probably the biggest reason it stands out for me.
Cons
The mobile version still doesn't measure up to the desktop experience. Customer support is usually solid but only if you're paying for it.

“Fairly low cost”
Pros
it offers a solid CRM setup together with corporate email at a fairly low cost especially considering the level of quality and service you get.
Cons
On the downside, while it performs very well for CRM features and email infrastructure, the customer support is extremely disappointing. It often feels like there is no real support team available and they do not seem to fully understand the CRM functions well enough to provide immediate help.

“Outstanding email infrastructure”
Pros
The strongest thing about it is its email infrastructure. We use it to host our professional email system and it has been working really well for us.
Cons
Even though there is supposedly a support team available, in reality they haven't been able to handle requests properly.

“Decent service”
Pros
Set up was immediate and the interface was very simple to work with. Customer support was decent as well which helped make the overall experience positive.
Cons
The part that disappointed me was the database. While working on it from a programming perspective, it felt completely flat and I was really hoping for a relational database instead.

“Extremely comprehensive system”
Pros
The technical support has been outstanding and the system itself is extremely comprehensive. I've also appreciated the frequent updates and ongoing improvements, along with the excellent training resources and video support.
Cons
It comes with a lot of powerful features so getting everything set up and learning how to use them all can feel a bit overwhelming at first but the effort is definitely worth it.

“Simple to access”
Pros
Managing important data for both vendors and clients is very convenient and everything is simple to access when needed. Being able to send email campaigns directly from the application and have them connected to the separate account is a really useful feature. It's also helpful that authorized contacts can be added under each parent account and customized based on specific needs.
Cons
support tickets can sometimes take a while to get addressed. Other than that, I honestly haven't had any issues with the product.

“Valuable add-ons”
Pros
It has been an excellent solution. The 40 add-ons give you pretty much every tool needed to run a business and if you go with Zoho CRM or Zoho One, there's rarely a need to rely on third-party software. It's a very strong option for small to mid-sized businesses across almost any industry.
Cons
Documentation needs improvement. I haven't been able to find official guides covering Zoho CRM best practices especially for topics like general CRM usage or real estate-specific best practices.

“Diverse reporting options”
Pros
Right away, the biggest advantage has been how simple the platform is to work with. It lets us clearly keep track of who we talked to, when the conversation happened, whether a follow-up is needed and any extra notes tied to that contact. The email templates are really useful and the reporting options are another strong part of the system.
Cons
I really haven't come across anything I dislike that's specifically Zoho's fault. They did handle the contact transfer from our previous system but I've still needed to spend a fair amount of time reorganizing everything so it fits properly within Zoho's setup.

“Covers all bases”
Pros
Switching from a shared network drive setup to a cloud-based system, it checked all the right boxes for us. You get a lot of value for the price and the platform is clearly designed around the sales funnel which it handles really well. Within the leads and accounts areas, there's plenty of functionality for logging meetings, interactions, emails and phone calls, plus sending emails directly from Zoho and making calls through it when connected to a VoIP system. It also works very well with third-party tools like Microsoft 365 and G-Suite, in our case, the Outlook integration with 365 has been excellent. The chat and messaging tools are useful too especially since they can be attached to a client or user and sometimes they make more sense for keeping a customer record than a standard business email. I've only had to reach out to support a handful of times but every time the response was fast and the issue was resolved quickly. I've also started using some of the automated marketing tools and that's an area I'll definitely make more use of especially for routing web enquiries straight into Zoho.
Cons
The interface can come across as a little plain if you haven't spent time customizing it. Pulling reports or compiling data is not always as simple as it should be and the same goes for uploading leads. When an upload fails, it's not always obvious which part caused the problem. That said, once the upload works properly, it does save a lot of time. The search feature could also be better because unless you enter an exact match, it sometimes returns nothing at all.

“Flexible for different needs”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is how customizable the CRM is which makes it really flexible for different needs. It also works well with the rest of the Zoho One suite and that makes a real difference. We're able to move data back and forth between apps and even connect outside of Zoho too through the Zapier integration.
Cons
At times, connecting the CRM with certain other apps isn't as simple as a Zapier-style point-and-click setup and ends up needing a developer. That can definitely add both cost and extra complexity.

“Great features for sales and customer retention”
Pros
I like just how many useful features it includes for sales and customer retention. There are plenty of options to choose from which makes it feel very flexible depending on how you want to work. It has been especially helpful for sending cold emails as well as staying in touch with existing customers through email.
Cons
Overall, there is a lot to like about it but the large number of features can also make it a bit confusing at times. As a new user, it took me a while to understand how everything works. In a way, that complexity comes from having so many capabilities which is also part of its value.

“Recurring bugs”
Pros
It's biggest advantage is how much you can tailor it to fit the way your business works especially if you have the time, effort and technical skills to put into it, including coding. In our situation, we customized the system so it lines up with our order management, product supply and delivery processes which gave us a single all-in-one solution for handling both customers and orders.
Cons
There are quite a few little bugs and things occasionally stop working for no clear reason. Their support team does reply but they don't seem well trained enough to help resolve issues quickly.

“Flexible feature set”
Pros
It gives small and mid-sized businesses a lot of flexibility along with a solid feature set. The platform can also be customized with third-party integrations whenever needed and that capability feels just as strong as what you'd expect from any top CRM on the market.
Cons
Workflow automation is locked behind the Professional tier. That may not be a big issue for larger companies but it can create extra financial pressure for smaller businesses and startups which are often the very users this CRM is meant to serve.
