“Reliable fit for our needs”
Pros
We use a few Zoho products, including Site24x7 and Patch Manager Plus and they match our requirements really well. They deliver the services we expect and have been working just as needed.
Cons
Overall, everything has been good but there are times when connecting two products to the same SSO system can be a bit challenging.

“Lets you test the features for free”
Pros
Among the CRM tools I've used, this is definitely one of the better ones. One thing I really appreciated is that it lets you test the features and services for free before fully committing to it. It has also been very helpful for communicating with customers and building stronger relationships with them through messaging and other functions. Another part I appreciate is how detailed the data collection is especially when it comes to understanding what drives your audience. With that kind of insight, it becomes much easier to improve your chances of converting potential customers.
Cons
Customer support needs improvement. I had an issue before and it took far too long to get it resolved which was frustrating. I'd also like the dashboard to be more user-friendly and simpler to navigate.

“Bloated CRM with no clear identity”
Pros
I can give the software credit for its reliability. Even with a huge number of features built into it, I never ran into any serious errors while using it. We also never dealt with data loss or any major system failures which was reassuring. On top of that, load times stayed consistently fast and performance issues were very minimal overall.
Cons
At the same time, the software always felt overloaded with too many features packed into one place. I know that probably sounds odd since most people would see a long feature list as a benefit. Still, the CRM came across as if it was trying to be everything at once and because of that, it seemed to lose a clear and focused identity.

“Fantastic client tracking and oversight”
Pros
Getting prospective clients assigned to the right Zoho accounts for each team member worked really well. Everyone could keep track of their contacts and treatment recommendations without confusion. Adding products and treatment options into it was simple which helped the team make informed suggestions and speak confidently about pricing and product comparisons. Contact records were simple to keep updated and the calendar made follow-ups much more efficient. It also gave management clear visibility into each team member's progress and made it easy to reassign records whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly, I did not run into any issues with it itself. It proved to be a very efficient and reliable system. Any problems we had came from team members not following the process at first. Once they saw how successful others were when they used the program properly, they adapted quickly and started following the Zoho workflow.

“Basic reporting features”
Pros
What really helps is the affordable pricing of the product. Connecting it with ERP and other systems is simple and the support team usually responds within a reasonable time. There's also a simple mobile app that works well for updating contacts and notes on the go.
Cons
The reporting features are very basic and don't provide much value. The layouts can be confusing and aren't very user-friendly. It also seems to lack a proper customer success role and overall it feels more like a contact database than a full CRM tool.

“Good value for growing teams”
Pros
Getting this up and running was pretty simple and fitting it into our existing workflow didn't take much effort. It offers really good value for the price and feels like a perfect match for small to mid-sized teams.
Cons
The web interface can be a little slow at times especially when there are a lot of tasks loaded. The mobile app also feels somewhat limited and could definitely benefit from having more features.

“Practical for contact management and lead tracking”
Pros
It's been a practical way to keep contact management and lead tracking organized especially for smaller organizations that need those tasks under control.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning can be a little tricky and the data import formats are somewhat confusing at first. Still, once all the information is in the system, managing it becomes much more simple.

Pros
It works really well with mail and calendar which makes keeping up with client interactions much more manageable.

There are quite a few modules and I'd appreciate clearer guidance on how they connect with each other, along with better explanation around migration and when it actually makes sense to do it.

“User-friendly UI and complete features”
Pros
The interface is very simple to navigate. It includes everything we need to manage a prospect all the way through closing and then continue handling them as an account.
Cons
The reporting side can be a bit tricky especially when it comes to setting up filters. Once you figure out how it works, it does the job but it's not as user-friendly as it could be.

“rigid workflows”
Pros
It was once a really strong option for bringing remote sales teams together and handling integration well. Over time though, it has become overloaded with features that do not add much value and some of the workflow structures feel too rigid for the way our agile team operates.
Cons
A big mismatch for us is the way Prospects are converted into Customer/Contact since that process does not reflect how we actually work. On top of that, the website contact form feels very outdated and most of the submissions we get seem to come from bots.

“Excellent same-day support”
Pros
Getting same-day support has been a huge plus and the functionality is excellent. It feels like a very reliable platform, almost like a sister product to Salesforce. It comes with plenty of features and works well with other software that's important for lead generation and managing the full sales cycle.
Cons
Honestly, this software has been very solid overall. Any complaints I had were quickly addressed because the customer service team came back with helpful solutions.

“Gives me control over data”
Pros
Working as an Implementation Manager, it helps me stay on top of resource budgeting and overall management really well. I'm able to pull the exact information I need based on my preferences and the level of control it gives me over data is excellent. The reporting features are easily one of the strongest parts of the platform and it's especially useful that I can subscribe to reports by email without having to run them manually every time.
Cons
Admin panel can be improved. It would be much better with more flexibility especially if it offered an on-the-fly dashboard showing user counts for both active and inactive users, along with which projects are assigned to each user.

“Cant keep up with bigger providers”
Pros
We switched to this newer software because it promised stronger security and better customer support. The security side was actually very solid, with password changes required every 90 days and no option to reuse a password after two cycles. Customer service was also very good and available 24/7.
Cons
Even with those benefits, it feels like a second-tier email platform that just can't keep up with the bigger providers. Its notification system isn't very good and the folder structure feels below par.
