Pros

Their rep was incredibly supportive during the entire deployment. They worked with us to customize exactly what review information appeared on the site and how it was presented so it matched our specific requirements. The reviews now give shoppers more useful details which I believe helps drive conversions and creates a better overall shopping experience. We also gained the ability to combine reviews for styles with multiple prints or color options which we couldn't do previously. On top of that the software itself is very simple to work with.

At this point, it's covering everything we need and I don't really have any suggestions for improvement.

Email flow and sequence setup works really well and the integration with Klaviyo is a big plus.

Review layout for posts with images could use some improvement so it looks more appealing to users.

Getting this platform up and running was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. It's been a huge step up from the review platform we used before. The customer support, onboarding process, continued account management and customization options have all been game changing for us. Having the ability to collect zero-party data is another feature I really appreciate.

Cons

The only thing I'd want improved is making it a little more convenient to send one-off batched requests to users.

Our customers have actually become ambassadors for the brand through this. Being able to share selfies, talk about what they think of a design and mention their experience with our customer support team has really helped boost conversions while also building trust within our community.

One area that could be stronger is the analytics and insights dashboard. It would also help to have more detailed reporting and additional functionality built into the reports.

Backend is incredibly user-friendly, you can spend 10 minutes exploring it and already feel like you know your way around. If anything comes up, customer support is only a click away and can jump right into your account to guide you in the right direction.

There may already be a way to handle this but I'd love to see the review email integrate with our email service provider so we could make it feel more on-brand.

customizeing it to our needs has been very easy which makes spotting new reviews and publishing them quick and hassle-free. The settings are especially helpful too since reviews that meet specific conditions can be published automatically. I also really appreciate being able to customize how the reviews appear on our site.

Possible one improvement I'd suggest is adding a way to create attributes in bulk instead of having to set them up individually for every single product.

After a couple of years of using it, it's been a big help in bringing in sales with very little hassle. One feature I really appreciate is the photo upload option since it lets users send in photos directly.

Overall, this is the best review app I've used.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this review app. In just the last two months, it helped us bring in more than 10,000 reviews and the setup was incredibly quick and easy. The sentiment feature has been especially useful because it lets us evaluate large batches of reviews at once and the option to group specific products together means the same reviews can appear across both product pages. On top of that, setting different incentives for different review types, like photo or video reviews, is really convenient.

Cons

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the ability to assign incentives based on review length. For instance, a review under 120 characters could earn $3, while anything over 120 characters could earn $5.

It's incredibly easy to use yet still very powerful and I keep discovering new tweaks and improvements I can make. I was worried a simple plugin might mean giving up some control over the look and feel of our reviews but it actually matches our brand perfectly. Implementation team were fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful throughout. I'd recommend it over any of the competitors without hesitation.

Getting it connected to Shopify at the start was very easy and quick.

Cons

Anything beyond replying to reviews and questions feels less simple than I'd prefer. One especially frustrating issue is that when I'm writing a review response and click away by accident, everything I typed disappears.
