“More reviews on autopilot”

Pros

Now we're able to collect reviews from all kinds of customers, not just the unhappy ones who were usually the only people leaving feedback before. It's been really helpful that we can automatically ask everyone to post a review for us which makes the whole process much more consistent.

Cons

Honestly the only thing I'd change is making it free. Other than that, we've been happy with the review tools they've given us.

“gamechanger for our salon”

Pros

I was on the fence about adding another monthly subscription but it has really changed things for our salon. Getting customers to actually leave a review used to be a constant struggle because most people would say they'd do it and then forget. Now I can send a quick text right from the app and our review count has improved a lot.
