“Strong API docs”

Pros

Setting up voice agents is fairly easy and the platform is well organized for configuring agents and managing inbound calls. From a developer perspective, I also like the API experience, with useful documentation and a helpful debugging interface. There is enough information to build a practical integration that actually works. The web panel debugging is useful too although it does not give exactly the same experience as working with inbound calls.

Cons

I'd really like to see support for some of the newer voice AI models, along with less text-to-speech lag. The document and RAG capabilities could also use improvement so agents have stronger and more relevant context.
