Pros

Most of the time the chatbot gives relevant answers which makes it seem like the Natural Language Processing and machine learning behind it are well trained and properly tested. The interface is also very convenient to navigate and it's easy to look back at chat history whenever needed.

Cons

Haven't really come across any major downsides with this chatbot. That said, it would be even better if the attachment size limit and the level of customization were increased a little.

Pros

Getting started was easy for us and the platform supports multiple users without much trouble. We were also able to connect our built-in CRM which has helped us generate more leads. We use several landing pages for lead generation and have created multiple variables to invite online visitors. Another big benefit is the integration with our business WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger so we can stay connected with visitors who prefer chatting there instead of using the website.

Cons

Setting up quick responses in the tool took us a little longer than expected. We also hoped chat transfers could be organized by region from the start and that integration took some extra time for us to get working.
