The setup is simple and even when issues arise the support has been very responsive to any questions or concerns we have.

Cons

Their billing is currently undergoing a transition so we have encountered a few billing issues that needed resolution.

Pros

Vendor support is excellent and resources are available to assist in onboarding and marketing.

Cons

I need a reminder when logging into the portal to know the monthly reports are ready.

Highly recommended security suite for any company who understands the importance of cybersecurity.
Pros

Implementation is simple with a knowledgeable support staff and an extremely effective product. In one instance we received an alert for a critical event in a client network just hours after installation.

Cons

I would like to see integrations with operating systems beyond Windows.

The Team is unbelievable
Pros

It is simple to set up and not intrusive with easy ordering for our clients.

Cons

It is such a hands-off product that I do not really experience any issues with it. It would be nice to have a Mac version but I believe that is in progress.

This next generation security software and SOC provide me with peace of mind for the client networks we manage.

It does not support Mac OS and that is the only limitation I can think of.

Blackpoint works fine
Pros

The features I appreciate most about Blackpoint include the real-time constant monitoring provided by the SOC teams. If an issue arises the team quickly addresses it.

Cons

I have not found many drawbacks in the Blackpoint software however the only issue I experienced was during the initial trial period when the software was quite loud and intrusive.

A must-have tool for monitoring end-point activity
Pros

It can track and detect malicious activity and contain it at the endpoint such as a desktop or file server.

Cons

There are none to mention. Their tools work effectively and the service we receive from their SOC is exceptional.
