Outstanding tool & very responsive support

Pros

The customer support is outstanding and very responsive. The interface is also clean and easy to navigate, the automation and patch management tools are powerful too and the pricing is transparent with a great return on investment. The alerting and reporting features are also very reliable.

Cons

I feel like the ticketing system is not as effective as a full PSA and the web interface can sometimes lag when we are really busy. Native Linux support is also still a bit limited though it is getting better.

Simple navigation

Pros

It has a very user friendly interface. Plus the simple navigation is perfect for making quick fixes.

Cons

Getting the hang of setting up device management profiles takes a little time but once you understand it, it becomes a very powerful feature.

A clean, modern and informative interface

Pros

The overall user interface is clean, modern and informative. I can easily switch between different organizations. Managing profiles is also easy and I can categorize systems by location to apply policies broadly. Plus having a single dashboard to review every morning saves me a lot of time and lets me be proactive about informing users of issues before they report them which really enhances the value of our service.

Cons

Well the backup features are improving but we have still hit some rough spots. I'd love the option to back up to my own cloud provider and choose my own storage target. I also need a way to back up hardware like NAS devices right now I have to replicate data to a local machine which does not work well for larger data stores.

Continuously improving!!!

Pros

They are continuously adding new, useful features. Overall it has worked great as an RMM and patching solution for us and we also use it extensively well for automation.

Cons

I dont have any problems with it right now. I know there is always room for improvement and they seem to be constantly working on updates.

single central dashboard for everything

Pros

Having a single, central dashboard for all my network management needs is the best. I can control patches, remotely access user PCs and deploy software seamlessly.

Cons

We're really hoping for full mobile device management with conditional access so we can completely lock down our environment

packed with functionality

Pros

It is easy to use and packed with functionality. I can manage multiple client sites, use the dashboard to quickly spot and fix problems and the ticketing system helps log and track my users main issues.

Cons

I noticed that it is very in-depth which means you can really fine-tune things but seeing all those options at once can feel a bit intimidating.

Really easy setup and great value

Pros

The setup was really easy and it offers great value. Switching from our old system has been a very smooth and easy process.

Cons

For now the lack of Azure AD credential support is a problem for us but we have been told it's coming in a future release.

Easy endpoint management for MSPs

Pros

As an MSP, I use NinjaOne for endpoint management. It is relatively easy to ensure my customers have a clean IT infrastructure with current security patches. The dashboard is also user-friendly for both me and my clients and managing a single device or an entire organization is simple. Their Dojo community is great for finding quick solutions without needing a technician but when I do need to contact support, they are usually timely. The ticket management system is also easy to use and clear.

Cons

There is very little to complain about. On rare occasions you do need help but you can quickly get ahold of competent support staff.

powerful & helpful community

Pros

I love the power of their community. Their Discord server is always full of useful scripts and valuable ideas. The built-in script library is a great bonus too.

Cons

My least favorite part was their backup product. We tested it a few months ago and it could not handle OneDrive folders within user directories.

Amazing script deployment tool

Pros

Deploying scripts to our machines is really simple with this tool. The reporting feature is also well-built and makes exporting data a pretty easy too.

Cons

The backup feature had some bugs when we first tested it but it seems much better now, they are always working on improving their products.

The simplest RMM tool

Pros

The pricing, support and ease of use are all great and the platform view makes management simple too. NinjaOne has been the simplest RMM tool I have used in years. We switched from another provider because of their outdated interface and limited scripting options.

Cons

I noticed the support section is tucked away behind a single sign-on. Some features also feel a bit oversimplified which can sometimes hide their full capabilities.

Easy interface with great automation

Pros

My favorite things about NinjaOne are the easy to use interface and the automation features, especially patch management which has made monitoring and supporting our devices much more efficient.

Cons

One of the main issue is that some of the more advanced features, especially around reporting and customization feel a bit limited and it needs a lot of extra setup to work exactly how we want.

Great support

Pros

The customer support is great but the user community around the tool is even better. Plus I am a big fan of the dashboard and all the tools they have integrated into the platform. Remotely managing any computer on the network has been extremely simple too.

Cons

I have had some trouble with the Apple device integration. Our MacBook setup is a bit unique but I feel it should still be able to handle it.

excellent support!

Pros

NinjaOne platform is always being updated and is very user friendly. Plus it offers strong value for the money and the customer support has been excellent whenever I have needed help.

Cons

Licensing costs can spiral if you are not careful and the reporting system needs a complete overhaul and while the ticketing works, I still think it has a lot of room for improvement.

An obvious choice for powerful automation

Pros

Their commitment to improvements, active engagement and the powerful automation features make this platform an obvious choice for me. On top of that the interface is extremely user-friendly for newcomers and the platform itself is very stable.

Cons

The quality of customer support has not been as good the last couple of years. We would also like better organization like having folders for policies and reports.

Effortless deployment process

Pros

The deployment process is seamless, we were able to get it up and running with minimal effort as it deploys in minutes, not hours.

Cons

According to me the backup solution needs better support for on-premises systems and I think it would really benefit from having more on-premises backup options.

Very efficient interface

Pros

Its user friendly interface and ease of use make managing endpoints and tickets very efficient. Plus the automation and remote monitoring tools save us a huge amount of time by letting us fix issues proactively before they escalate.

Cons

The setup and customization can be time-consuming for new users. That said once it is configured, the platform runs very smoothly and provides great value, so the initial effort pays off.

Pros

simple, clean and effective dashboard!!

Pros

The user interface and dashboard are simple, clean and get the job done. Plus it has all the features we need and more across its RMM and remote access tools, letting our team manage a huge number of endpoints pretty easily. Overall it is an extremely effective product backed by a smart team and the price is very competitive too.

Cons

We sometimes find a small problem that interrupts our work but it is usually not a big deal, their support team is great at finding and fixing these issues very fast.
