Pros

It is easy to use and configure. The single pane of glass allows me to see everything I need and use. It takes a lot of standard work out of our hands.

Cons

There are so many extra options that it can be challenging to decide what to add.

Pros

So far NinjaOne has been a fantastic product for our company.

Cons

The ticketing system could use some improvement as it can be somewhat difficult to find what I need in the admin center.

Pros

With every aspect of the software you can tell it has been designed by MSP professionals for MSP professionals. The toughest part for an MSP like us is maintaining policies across different customers and Ninja fits that need perfectly. I am also very impressed with the built-in backup documentation and ticket solution.

Cons

For us the bitdefender gravity zone is necessary for some customers who do not have EDR yet. This integration works fine for us but we are not particularly impressed with Bitdefender itself. It still feels like a tool with a multitude of options rather than an out of the box solution.

NinjaOne is the tool you have been missing
Pros

What I appreciate most about Ninja is its versatility. You can use it for just about anything needed such as helpdesk system administration desktop application administration and probably much more. It is an impressive tool that is not only reliable but also fast.

Cons

Honestly the reporting features have improved significantly with the latest releases this past year.

NinjaOne is the NumberOne RMM for MSPs
Pros

It was used easily and installed. The GUI is simple yet provides everything needed at a glance with easy patching functionality and asset organization. NinjaOne is incredible.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any shortcomings of Ninja one. It is an incredible product and essential for any MSP.
