“Invaluable intelligence for our entire company
Pros
Our entire company runs on NinjaOne and it gives us invaluable intelligence and tools. The remote capabilities it provides for our endpoints are also absolutely amazing.
Cons
Well we are hoping they will integrate with a few other platforms we use but other than that, we love just about everything.

“Our top choice!
Pros
NinjaOne is our daily tool for staying on top of every issue for our MSP business and our clients.
Cons
It costs money but it saves us so much time that it's worth the price. I just wish we could turn off old alerts for computers that have been turned off for a long time.

“An amazing remote access tool
Pros
It is an amazing remote access tool that lets us support employees across the country. With it patch management is simple and easy to handle and the dashboard is responsive and clear too, highlighting all the important alerts for us.
Cons
Occasionally if a users internet connection gets spotty, it can freeze the remote access tools and they sometimes stay locked even after the connection improves.

“Simple to use and massive time saver
Pros
I am really impressed with how simple it is to use. The interface is also clean and easy to learn. Plus the automation is a massive time-saver as patching, scripts and software installs all run smoothly in the background. The remote access is very stable too and their support team is genuinely helpful when you need them.
Cons
The reporting functionality could be stronger. Plus I'd love more options to customize reports, particularly for clients who want branded or more detailed summaries and though the mobile app is functional but does not have all the features of the desktop version.

“Makes patch management a simple task
Pros
this software makes patch management for computers and phones a simple task because it is all automated. I just have to approve a few optional installs and it handles the rest.
Cons
Only drawback is that we currently cannot push contacts directly to a phones contact list through it. I have to email a VCF file to all my users instead but I have requested this as a new feature.

“An excellent choice for SMEs
Pros
For an SME like us that wants to consolidate platforms while gaining better insight into our laptop and desktop estate, NinjaOne is an excellent choice. Plus it delivers all the RMM functionality we need with a very easy to use interface.
Cons
We had trouble getting good help for our Rocky Linux computers. The program that runs on them also tends to stop working unexpectedly.

“Puts two tools in one place but missing some features
Pros
I love that NinjaOne puts two tools in one place. The result of it is that it is very easy to help someone and then take control of their computer right from the same screen. It also does a great job of keeping software updated and watching for problems.
Cons
Since it was newer, it was missing some features I was used to in other software. I heavily relied on a round-robin feature for ticketing, which this one handles differently through automation.

The app is simple to use. Plus it works great on Android phones, does not make them slow, is very practical and is easy for beginners to learn.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the email verification system and its protective features are not fully optimized for today's threat landscape.

Pros
It is very easy to use. The user interface is so friendly that it makes using the product a joy. The best thing is that it is already packed with features and they are always adding more.
Cons
A few features were occasionally glitchy but the support team was very helpful in troubleshooting and escalating the issues for a fix.

Getting it set up was very easy. As newcomers to the MSP field, we needed a tool to handle automated patching and software deployment and this fit the bill perfectly.
Cons

The team is extremely fast and responsive and after switching from another solution, it is clear this RMM never bogs down or slows us down.
Cons
Nothing major but I think the permission settings could be more detailed, it is not always clear how a specific permission will affect other areas of the system. We also really need organization-level custom fields which are not available yet.

Deployment and setup were simple and the documentation is excellent too. Support is also readily available for us to help with any problems that come up.
Cons
It was pricier than other RMM options and the base license did not even include remote support or helpdesk features.

It is easy to use and get running. Like we did not need much training at all. Also the RMM access felt very user friendly and basic.
Cons
Well it was not detailed enough for what I needed. I was looking for a more powerful system and came to know I could not filter down to see just the specific groups of computers I wanted.

Cons

Cons
As per me the ticketing system is pretty basic and can feel limiting andd though the native integrations are helpful but they need to expand their list.

The screen sharing and connection software runs very smoothly and efficiently.
Cons
There are a few things. Such as the mobile app needs improvement and the billing is confusing. Also our account manager does not reply, the reports are too basic and the automated tasks keep failing.
