A great remote management tool

Pros

I must say it is a great tool for remote management and software installation.

Cons

At times scripts can fail unexpectedly and searching for specific devices can be a frustrating process.

simple all in one system

Pros

It is a simple online system that puts different services like installing software and sharing our computer screen in one place. Plus it has great support.

Cons

Let me tell you that it is a purely cloud-based application. So if that does not work for your setup, you will need to look for a different solution.

Extremely easy with powerful automation

Pros

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use, has powerful automation, responsive customer support and comprehensive remote management tools.

Cons

Some downsides are the limited integration choices, a few missing features and I find the price is a little high.

easy setup that saves time

Pros

It costs a lot, especially for a small team which seems strange since it is made for them. However setting it up to manage our devices is very easy and has saved us a lot of time.

Cons

Yes it does simple jobs well but the more advanced automatic tasks and reports are very hard to set up correctly.

Excellent task management tools

Pros

The interface is pretty basic and I like the task management tools as they are excellent.

Cons

It can lag occasionally during busy periods and the mobile app definitely needs some work.

The best and most impressive team

Pros

NinjaOne team is the best. They are large enough to have the resources of a big company but small enough that I still get fast, personalized support. Everyone from sales to account managers and technicians, has been professional and responsive. Overall the software just works and I rarely have issues with the managed agents. If I have a question, support gets back to me the same day, often within the hour. Very impressive!

Cons

To be honest it is hard to find real problems because almost everything is great. Even though there are a few small things that would be nice to have but they are not essential. However I really love that they have a public product roadmap so you can see what features are coming next.

Unmatched device management capabilities

Pros

The device management and RMM capabilities are unmatched by any other product I have tried. Plus policies are very easy to set up and deploy.

Cons

I'd like to see more integrations especially for handling software updates and deployments.

An amazing and feature packed interface

Pros

Interface is amazing and packed with features. Support is also very helpful and informative during setup and testing.

Cons

The cost can get a little high if you have a lot of users or even just a few users but a very large number of endpoints to manage.

Good but could be a lot better

Pros

Easy job management and a simple design make this one of my favorite tools for staying organized.

Cons

Easy to use and help us to automate our standard work.

Pros

It is easy to use and configure. The single pane of glass allows me to see everything I need and use. It takes a lot of standard work out of our hands.

Pros

Configure, Deploy & Enjoy

Pros

With every aspect of the software you can tell it has been designed by MSP professionals for MSP professionals. The toughest part for an MSP like us is maintaining policies across different customers and Ninja fits that need perfectly. I am also very impressed with the built-in backup documentation and ticket solution.

Cons

For us the bitdefender gravity zone is necessary for some customers who do not have EDR yet. This integration works fine for us but we are not particularly impressed with Bitdefender itself. It still feels like a tool with a multitude of options rather than an out of the box solution.

NinjaOne is the tool you have been missing

Pros

What I appreciate most about Ninja is its versatility. You can use it for just about anything needed such as helpdesk system administration desktop application administration and probably much more. It is an impressive tool that is not only reliable but also fast.

Cons

Honestly the reporting features have improved significantly with the latest releases this past year.
