Pros
It was used easily and installed. The GUI is simple yet provides everything needed at a glance with easy patching functionality and asset organization. NinjaOne is incredible.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any shortcomings of Ninja one. It is an incredible product and essential for any MSP.

It is very easy to use and was even simpler to train someone else on how to use it.

It could always be more user friendly and the pricing could be more simple too.
