Lots of options

Pros

The variety is incredible and you can choose everything from attack types to deployment targets and numbers. I also appreciate being able to send campaigns to specific groups or randomly distribute them across the organization.

Cons

The main issue I've run into is when employees get flagged and panic, thinking the training link is actually another phishing attack or that they're going to get in trouble so they just avoid doing the training altogether.

easy to report suspicious emails

Pros

I love how easy it is to report suspicious emails. Just one click and the IT team gets notified automatically. The phishing simulations run on their own, which is really convenient. Having everything in one dashboard is fantastic. You can see your entire organization's security status at a glance including antivirus info if you have those subscriptions. The way it works with Office and Outlook is smooth too.

Cons

Users tend to report just about anything or flag spam as phishing threats. It requires time and patience to sort through, though I'd prefer they over-report than miss something important.

Provides solid security

Pros

Security is really solid and comprehensive here. The protection against phishing threats feels airtight and simple to manage. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we're already using.

Cons

Managing everything from one place can be tricky and I've run into some compatibility issues with certain end devices that don't always play nice with the system.
