“Overall a good tool”
Pros
Testfit is fantastic for conducting high level density studies. Also it is a great tool for understanding what's realistically possible on a site. Plus seeing a visual representation of a building not only helps us learn the potential of a site but also enhances my conceptual knowledge.
Cons
While it is great in many aspects there are occasional glitches and crashes though these have become less frequent in recent months. Also there are some features that we suggested could enhance the tool and Testfit has done a fantastic job of responding to demands and improving existing processes at the same time.

Pros
TestFit lets us evaluate multiple options in real time with our clients. Also it is a great way to involve clients in the design process.
Cons
There are some limitations at the moment which I noticed but the good thind it that they are actively being worked on. These include combining parking types and improving the flexibility of manual placement for units and amenity spaces.
