“A simple way to manage data and models”
Pros
It gives you a great overview and understanding of the impact when making changes. Data management is also efficient even in a multi-editor environment. Plus I find it very user friendly.
Cons
In our experience the system tends to be slow. While there can be multiple reasons for this in a web application it still negatively impacts the user experience.

“Has everything I was looking for”
Pros
PALMA software is very easy to use. Yes you will need some training and support at first but once you get the hang of it, everything in PALMA is well connected. The configuration logic is really helpful too and PALMA can integrate with other software. Also there are different ways to view our data whether it is for product planning, engineering or more.
Cons
We are unable to manage technical solutions across the full product variant structure and it might be helpful to combine CT and PCM for a better solution.

Cons
It is actually hard for me to pinpoint what needs to be improved. Some tools could benefit from further responsiveness improvements but that is already being worked on.
