“A Positive User Experience in Advanced Healthcare Management
Pros
I find Accumedics customer service to be exceptional they offer responsive and helpful support significantly enhancing my overall user experience. The systems usability is excellent providing an intuitive and efficient interface that simplifies healthcare management tasks.
Cons
Initially I found Accumedic challenging due to its steep learning curve. Mastering its extensive features demanded considerable time and effort.

Pros
AccuMed proves to be a wonderful EMR system. Its easy to learn and use. The team at AccuMed is incredibly responsive always helpful and addresses concerns immediately. Having used many systems I can confidently say AccuMed is the best. I highly recommend it.
Cons
I found no features that I disliked.

I need a system that is user-friendly and has the ability to connect appointments, treatment plans, and progress notes. I also need to be able to customize forms and set up workflows. It is important that there is a connection between clinical activities and billing.
Cons
Obtaining reports can be challenging, especially if you are not informed about program updates beforehand. REASON FOR CHOOSING ACCUMED The software was found to be easy to use and applicable to a clinic setting. It met our criteria in terms of treatment planning, service notes, and billing. Our workflows and connections have been designed to be user-friendly and intuitive while also incorporating innovative technology to enhance interoperability. Support Team member has been working with us as our expert partner for some time.
Cons
I am more concerned about the support and development teams structure and responsiveness rather than the software itself. The SLAs seem to be unreliable at times. We have already created dashboards, and I hope that business analytics/reporting will be integrated into our core business.

Pros
I find myself having to call AccuMedic frequently, and unfortunately, each time I reach out to them, I dont feel welcomed. The representatives who answer the phone often come across as being impatient by interrupting me and being short in their approach, especially when I struggle to provide them with the information they need. The experience is very uncomfortable, and I wish they would consider hiring friendlier staff members. PROS The system is not very user-friendly, but it does have a fast response time when it comes to fixing issues.
Cons
The product frequently crashes and glitches, causing me to contact customer service multiple times a month. Unfortunately, I dread reaching out to customer service because of past experiences.

Pros
I have to make numerous calls to AccuMed... a lot. Unfortunately every person I speak to is exceptionally unfriendly. Theyre short interruptive and impatient making the experience uncomfortable. Hiring friendlier staff is necessary.
Cons
Dealing with frequent crashes and glitches in Accumedic was frustrating. I had to contact customer service at least five times a month which made me dread reaching out for assistance.

My concern lies more with the support and development teams responsiveness rather than the software itself. Sometimes service level agreements were not upheld. While weve developed dashboards integrating business analytics and reporting into the core business would be ideal.

This EHR is fairly intuitive to use and I find the customizable dashboard convenient and well-organized. The built-in functionality for individual and group services is helpful and not commonly found in all EHRs.
Cons
I found it inconvenient that the administrative component was separate from the clinical practice component. Despite encountering glitches regularly customer service promptly addressed these issues.

Updates are reliably provided to keep up with state changes and requirements. Theres also a wide variety of reporting options available.
