Cons

The implementation process is prolonged, and we must wait a long time to get an appointment, which breaks our flow.

I appreciate how the software offers a lot of customisation options and also the layout is very easy to navigate through

Cons

There is a definite room for improvement for some of the features. Id also like if the system was more automated without us manually dragging the files and also the customer service is not as responsive as they should be.

The system works fine,we use it often for scheduling and taking notes, it really did help streamline our work.

Most of the features need updates to keep functioning; this makes the software slow and it glitches often.

The system is overall pretty average. The layout is simple and easy to understand.

According to the price I was expecting a much better software which is very disappointing ;also their customer service is not the greatest.

Pros

Acuitas has really helped us streamline our work. Its easy to use and gets the job done faster.

Cons

Some of the features dont work at all and even though we dont use them, it can be confusing for other clients.

Pros

I like that the layout is very straight forward,almost everyone can catch up pretty easily! You can also select different viewing options.

Cons

The biggest con is that its not designed for multiple users at a time. We were told this after the purchase, which is really unprofessional of them.

Takes the cake
Pros

It is the best EHR software we have tried. Gets everything right from the patient portal to the report writing feature. The customer service gets top marks for their prompt service and great demeanor.

It was very easy to get trained on activEHR and we are able to add documents and reports to the patient file without wasting paper.

Acuitas should update some of the health codes.

The price is too high and there are not enough features to justify it. Their customer care is so lazy and takes days to resolve an issue.

There are many display options that make it easier to view stats and other details with a quick glance.

Cons

The company did not guide us about the functionality of the product and only after purchasing it did they tell us that it is only suitable for use by a single doctor. They are only selling it to make money with no regard for the customers.

Not a good product.
Pros

None.

Cons

The search process is a bit cluttered. We have to enter our pin number multiple times a day, even when we’re continuously using it. The system doesn’t feel intuitive at all. Moving between clinic locations is not easy or convenient.
