I find scheduling appointments through the website to be incredibly efficient.
Cons
Adit SEO Services are outsourced to individuals who lack understanding of dentistry. Their approach to SEO involves publishing monthly articles on my Google profile. These articles seem to be generated by artificial intelligence. I have observed that this has absolutely no impact on my website's rankings and the number of new patients.

Cons
Not all the features are active yet. They are still new to the technology package, but they are continuously improving the service, though it's not fully developed yet.

It has been a fantastic addition to our office. We use it daily for confirmations and patient messaging. The ease of communication it offers is extremely helpful. It's reassuring to have someone ensuring our patient portal matches our online profile within Google. Their customer support has been great, always responding quickly whenever I have a question.
Cons
Adit is still emerging and introducing new features and designs. They offer numerous reports for office productivity, but printing them is not possible. There's room for improvement in usability and integration with our dental software.
