Pros
Having this in place has given me a lot of time back during the day. It has really aligned how we work and several unnecessary steps from our previous systems have been removed across multiple departments in the practice.
Cons
It's not really something I dislike but the hardest part is how detailed the system is which makes the initial setup take time. That said, that level of detail is also part of what makes it so valuable.

Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the system can occasionally slow down a bit when a lot of new updates are rolled out.
