Pros
The customer support is great. If you ever have a problem they will be nice enough to fix it as soon as possible. The software is easy to navigate and very useful. Reporting tools are very useful.
Cons
Its too much for you if you are a small practice. It is very expensive compared to its competitors.

I have had a wonderful experience. The customer service is the best ever. Prescribing Rx was simple. Reporting was purposeful. I would recommend this software.

“Integrates with emr but poor support

What I liked is that the platform integrates with our EMR which was a positive.

Honestly the basics for billing are present but there's still a huge amount that my team has to handle manually on our side. We were led to believe that they would take care of all of our billing needs and that simply did not happen. Over time we've had several different people assigned as the account lead on their end which has not helped. At one point their call center kept our patients on hold for up to 45 minutes and we eventually had to stop using that part of the service because it was unacceptable. It often feels like there is no support coming from them. My staff and I are the ones who have to find the errors. I mean this is far from what their sales team promised during the presentation. Like I have not seen any real effort to make changes that would benefit my practice, despite offering suggestions on how to improve the platform for clients. Nothing has been updated. When corrections are needed, we have to fix things ourselves and email the adjustments for reprocessing. I have talked with other vendors who provide more hands-on business support, who will input carrier contracts and verify reimbursements appropriately and who perform bi-annual scrubs of claims to resubmit zero pays, often for less money than we currently spend.

Pros
On paper it offers handy tools and built-in spellcheck, the option to make custom templates, save-before-exit warnings, easy document uploads, plus a template library but it's awkward to use and eats up time. It functions, but feels clumsy. Surely there must be an easier way to finish the work.
Cons
Bulky, template quality is weak, the UI/UX is subpar, filling templates takes ages, it's hard to edit or build new ones, there's a lot of pointless clutter, it wastes time and scheduling features are poorly implemented and thought out; bottom line, the needs of physicians were clearly not the focus here.

Lets clients book online and sends intake forms to them by email.

Everything else is awful. IT help is useless. Constant glitches and bugs. The system is complex. Clients get emails for appointments they canceled. Staff are fed up, the admin team despises it, we're frustrated and ready to find an option, Covid-19 has made things harder

For high skilled people, this software must be great but for therapists, it is the worst. All the promises seemed false when I started using this software. Everything was different and super difficult.

Pros
AdvancedMD's PM and EHR are really easy to use across the board. I love how quickly we can train doctors and office staff thanks to its intuitive layout. On top of that, support from every department has always been reliable and impressively helpful whenever we reach out.
Cons
When I'm entering a charge and a patient pays both a copay and an extra amount, it would be so much easier to apply both payments on one screen. Right now, I have to post the copay first and then go back into the account to post the rest, which is kind of clunky.
