Training took a longer time than expected and caused us to limit our clinic hours for a week.

It is a lot better than my previous system. I am able to get everything done without any hassle. My practice is now operating at maximum efficiency.
Cons
I just wish the billing system had more options for insurance providers and their information.

It is very user-friendly software. The customer support is incredible. I am able to record all my patients data here and it is also really easy for the nurses to track the record.
Cons
I am just sad that I wont be able to use this system again as they are now reducing their services.

Pros
I highly recommend this EMR system for OB/GYN settings as it is user-friendly. The customer service is exceptional and very responsive in fixing problems within minutes of reporting. Overall, I highly recommend using this software.
