It either offers the EMR on a standalone basis or in combination with the PM system for administrative, financial, and clinical automation.

Their Meaningful Use-compliant and ONC-ATCB-certified platform has now partnered with Athenahealth. The system can also create prescriptions and send them directly to drug stores.

The platform provides a user-friendly interface along with a SoapNote view of each patient encounter. It can also suggest E/M codes, offer procedure templates for easy documentation, create consultation letters, and aid in coding visits. With AdvantaChart EMR, physicians are able to document notes efficiently without needing a transcriptionist to take notes. Users can easily improve accuracy in their charting process, customize data fields in profiles, and even sends alerts in case of harmful drug-to-drug pairings.
