Cons

I appreciate how easy it is to use and navigate.

Im frustrated by the changes in the invoice process when checking patients out with Aurora along with the additional steps needed to add a new patient.

Pros

I really appreciate AestheticsPro for its online booking feature. It makes scheduling so much easier for both my patients and me. Plus, the setup process wasn't overly complicated, and the integration with Gravity Payments works seamlessly. It's little conveniences like these that make a difference.

Cons

Theres no immediate assistance hotline instead you have to submit countless tickets resulting in delayed responses. Features like 'book now' dont filter invalid credit cards rendering it useless. The lack of two way texting with clients and the complicated customer service process further compound the issues.

Pros

Im impressed with the excellent customer service ability to upload patient pictures into their medical record variety of customizable forms and the platform as a whole especially the new Aurora Version Update.

Cons

Lack of a true cellphone app inability to upload patient videos and steep pricing are concerns. It would be beneficial to have another pricing tier for smaller practices.

The customer service is what I love the most about this platform. I love the fact that whenever I require assistance or have general inquiries, there's a real person or easily accessible options to provide answers and help.

Cons

Pros

As a brand new spa, it has served its purpose for us, but as we grow, we will need to transition to a different EMR system that provides more features and functions.

Cons

The reporting functions are nonexistent including retention and pre booking. The online booking feature rarely functions correctly and there's no customer service number to call. When charging for memberships, theres no notification if a payment fails. Additionally, there's no confirmation text unless a patient schedules online. The SMS text character limit is too low, consent forms don't always save properly, and charting information may not save correctly. There are numerous issues with the online consent forms, making it difficult for our patients to access them.

Terrible Company with Horrendous Customer Service

Pros

I like their approach of acknowledging flaws without immediately fixing them assuring me that my suggestions will reach the technical team. however there is no follow up on the progress or reasons behind it.

Cons

The price increases annually and the teaching seminars are conducted by someone speaking too quickly to understand. When I raised this concern to AestheticsPro, they acknowledged it as a common issue. I attended another webinar but there was no improvement. It still sounded like incomprehensible babble!
