The software's ease of use detailed client history and customization options make it a great choice. Furthermore the customer support provided both via phone and online is exceptional and highly responsive.
Cons
A minor improvement would be to eliminate the requirement of asking new clients about their cellphone carrier. Other systems don't have this requirement and many find it odd. Additionally there is a concern when clients change carriers as they may not receive text reminders and not everyone regularly checks their emails.

I am still in the process of setting up Aesthetics Pro for my team, and I had another onboarding session this morning. Despite my initial reluctance, customer support made this onboarding experience absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, sweet, and addressed all my questions without overwhelming me or rushing the call. Speaking with her was a pleasure, and I hope I can reach out to her if I ever need assistance again.
