Aesthetics Pro is a lifesaver

Pros

My overall experience has been excellent. Whenever I have questions I receive quick and helpful responses. The provided videos guide me through processes in advance which is beneficial. As a new business owner I'm grateful for this software as it eases my workload.

Cons

It would be fantastic to have a dedicated app for easy access while serving clients. This would allow clients to fill out intake forms and access documents without the need for manual form sending.

The availability of vendors for the point of sale (POS) is limited. Moreover there have been password issues with the second user despite multiple resets. We are still awaiting resolution from AestheticsPro.

I received excellent customer service and support in getting started with the system, particularly from Vincent Gregorio.

Cons

I was not able to use my previous POS system to check out patients. I was informed that I could use a new system, but I was not informed that it would not be compatible and would not keep track of sales.
