Pros
The support staff and account manager are exceptional. The system consistently works without any downtime or issues. Clients like the online portal for managing appointments services and communication. My nurse also finds the treatment notes feature beneficial.
Cons
This software requires several upgrades when compared to other options. Mobile app access and streamlined management options (adding and modifying software) need improvement. E-Records setup and form builder should be updated. Limited app integration and high cost.

The price availability and deployment time along with the available options for functions are favorable.
Cons
The setup process is tedious and unnecessarily repetitive. Linking forms with each individual service instead of linking them to entire service types is problematic. If there are 40 different options within a service type it needs to be done 40 times.

Pros
I like the ease of charting and HIPAA compliance. The patient portal is fantastic and streamlines visits by allowing patients to complete paperwork beforehand.
Cons
The charting templates should be more comprehensive. It's odd that they don't include a therapeutic botulinum toxic consent or documentation.

Pros
The system's organization and functionality are impressive. The color coordination is particularly useful when managing multiple employees.
Cons
It would be more convenient to have multiple options for sending appointment reminders to patients including text and email reminders. Currently only email reminders are available. Additionally when sending receipts to clients it would be preferable if the business logo appeared larger than its current size.

Pros
I like how easy it is to book patients and check them out. The user-friendly interface clearly displays appointment statuses. The text appointment reminders are beneficial. However I am not fond of the fact that I have to pay for them.
Cons
Although I find it easy to use I can't utilize it for payroll as the reports are often incorrect. It doesn't calculate discounted prices correctly or when seeing multiple people for different services. I'm forced to use Clover or Gravity which have high credit card usage rates. It doesn't integrate well with other programs I wanted to bring on. Payroll reports never total correctly when services are discounted purchased in a package or if a client receives multiple services from different individuals. It credits all services to one person.

Cons
The software is not user-friendly and the support is terrible. Communication with clients is nonexistent making it difficult to interact with doctors through the software.

Pros
The technical support is the standout feature of Aesthetics Pro (AP) as there are occasional minor issues that arise. If the support team can't resolve the problem through messaging they are willing to set up a call. I have worked with the tech support team multiple times and they are knowledgeable polite and effective.
Cons
We would greatly appreciate it if the Next Available Appointment feature worked properly. It seems that either the training on it is flawed or the feature itself malfunctions frequently rendering it useless for us. The concept is excellent but we can't rely on it to function correctly. It often books appointments during blocked-off times or in the wrong rooms leading to more issues since we can't see the appointments on the full calendar to double-check for errors. We truly wish this feature worked reliably.
