I was excited to switch over and I appreciate the ability to customize and use pre-set consent forms and intake forms. The option to upload before and after pictures and compare them side by side is also favorable.
Cons
The calendar and scheduling feature is crucial for our business especially when we are not in the office or near a desktop to handle client appointments. However accessing the schedule through a mobile device is cumbersome and requires logging into the website using Chrome. The software lacks intuitiveness and documenting services involves too many steps. Additionally customer service response time is lengthy further complicating the process.

Cons
Data migration from the old system to AestheticsPro is not supported which poses a significant challenge for us with a substantial amount of data to transfer. There are no automation features available for data migration. The one-on-one virtual training is limited and rushed.

I can honestly say that Aesthetic Pro is on par with the top medical EMR systems like Epic. It is user-friendly and the support is exceptional.

Overall it offers full integration including booking staffing payment processing and marketing features. While it may sound ideal the experience can be frustrating. In my opinion Aesthetic Pro is the best option among a less than ideal selection.
Cons
The support team does not listen to concerns or address software issues promptly. I recently reported a problem with my marketing email templates being ruined in a recent update. Their response was to rebuild them from scratch which is frustrating. I believe that if a company breaks something during an upgrade they should acknowledge it inform the user and fix the issue.
