Customization and setup are difficult and time-consuming. I have spent approximately 6 weeks setting up the program and couldn't launch my business on time. Integrating my payment program and organizing client appointments are still pending.

I enjoy the user-friendly nature of the software as well as the layout of the screens. The preloaded templates are an added bonus.
Cons
The lack of training is the least favorable aspect. While virtual training has become prevalent it doesn't cater to everyone's learning style. Training videos are somewhat helpful but often fail to address specific questions. Email inquiries also take time to receive a response. My main concern revolves around training and support.

The product is easy to use with uncomplicated screens. Scheduling is easy and viewing automated appointment confirmations is convenient. The POS system is directly integrated into the software ensuring ease of use for both the user and the client. It also generates invoices immediately which can be emailed right away.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have a simpler function for saving credit card information without requiring the address for future use.

The only positive aspect I found was the payment partner they use; Gravity is excellent but Aesthetics Pro falls short.
Cons
I was encouraged to join the software early for "free marketing" but despite informing the company that I wouldn't be using the account until November they signed me up in October. After using the software for just a week and a half I disliked it. Upon requesting cancellation I had to pay a $300 fee and an additional month's fee for unused services. The staff became unfriendly once I decided to leave and the customer service was extremely dissatisfying. The system was not user-friendly for both me and my clients and there was no assistance provided for data transfer. Despite multiple requests for help with data uploading I was only given an unhelpful article link. I would not recommend this software to anyone.
