First onboard training

Pros

It is still too early to make a definitive judgment as we have only had the software for five months and have not yet implemented it.

Cons

It would be helpful to have the option to display only the practitioners who are working on the schedule as seeing everyone can be overwhelming on the day calendar.

Pros

Very comprehensible software for the staff and even for patients. Training staff has been a painless process. Implementation process has been very adaptable. Robust features provide accuracy which helps the business productivity.

Cons

They can work on their UI interface.

Pros

E-record and clients portal are the best features. Double booking feature and automatic time setting for each procedure really helps in streamlining the workflow.

The ticketing system is highly responsive allowing me to submit issues and receive resolutions through an efficient internal support system. If a resolution is not initially provided my exceptional Account Manager Brittany Rubidoux personally follows up to ensure my needs are met. She truly goes above and beyond to provide the best support.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues yet. The software was developed years ago and the team has done an excellent job considering client needs and ensuring ease of use. Learning the software involves diving in and exploring over 30 short videos that explain each component in detail.

Solution to our workload!

Pros

It is highly efficient and it has reduced our workload to half. Its navigation system is extremely easy. It is all in one software and i recommend using it.

Launching My practice with Aesthetic Pro!

Pros

A very smooth running software which facilitates medical, financial and marketing leads. Track files, records and email marketing really ups the game. Pop up services for quick conversations and report sending are my favorite features. Highly recommended!

Cons

Training module only includes video format. Luckily their customer service is always available for quick solutions.

Pros

The text features and the ability to email consent forms to patients are noteworthy.

Cons

Rescheduling appointments is not as easy as with other software and switching between calendars and days could be improved. Customized reports cannot be generated.

Overwhelming and Time Consuming

Pros

Having options to store information generate reports and centralize digital paperwork for clients is a significant advantage.

Cons

The system requires clients to do all the work. Personally I would prefer paying an onboarding fee to have someone else input all the information accurately. Many systems can transfer items without such complications and extra work. As a result I am unable to use the system because it is taking me a lot of time to convert everything into the new system.

Horrible customer support.

Pros

One thing I loved is our customized charting template although it took longer than expected to complete. They initially estimated it would be ready in two weeks.

Cons

The customer support is terrible. The program is poorly built and maintained and it frequently experiences stalls.
