The software's user-friendly interface and the ease of finding answers to questions as they arise are commendable. The support has been outstanding with timely responses to queries. The 30-minute training session with customer support team was enjoyable and informative covering all my questions after six weeks of system utilization. I highly recommend trying the system compiling non-urgent questions and participating in the 30-minute follow-up training for a comprehensive understanding. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the system and the service provided.

The desire for percentage discounts to be applied line by line allowing for multiple percentage discounts on different items is expressed. Additionally concerns are raised about the time sensitivity of the Clover device linked to Aesthetics Pro hoping for a smoother integration that facilitates easier payment attachment to invoices. These suggestions aim to enhance the software's flexibility in handling discounts and streamline the payment process for improved user experience.
