Outdated software with extremely poor support

Pros

Despite more flaws than strengths in this software particularly poor tech support the process of data export when switching to another company has been painfully slow and problematic. Constant issues with appointments and technical glitches significantly impacted day-to-day business operations. The service experience marked by delays and unfulfilled promises has been the worst in my 30+ years in the industry. Highly discouraged from considering Aesthetics Pro.

Cons

The frustration with tech support is highlighted emphasizing delayed responses and issues not being resolved promptly. The communication through emails within the software is criticized for being non-service oriented and causing inconvenience.

Horrible customer service records lost waste of time and money

Pros

While integration was straightforward it unfortunately falls short in other aspects.

Cons

The user expressed frustration with AestheticsPro stating that half of the documents don't save and customer support is unhelpful. They mentioned spending more time and money on submitting tickets for problems than on actual work. The support responses were perceived as less supportive and the user felt they were giving more support to AestheticsPro's customer support staff than receiving assistance. I have not made up my mind on this software and the support that comes with it yet.

Pros

The software's complexity and the significant time investment required for learning its intricacies are acknowledged. However commendation is given to the support team. Support team has displayed patience kindness and a deep understanding of resolving software issues efficiently. Despite the learning curve has been instrumental in helping understand the software intricacies making the overall support experience positive. The difficulties are noted but the exceptional support provided stands out.

Cons

The user reported a frustrating experience with AestheticsPro citing missing information in videos and difficulty getting support. For example they panicked due to a missing toolbar on the KIOSK which turned out to be related to the iPad size. Support was slow to respond and when they did the responses lacked necessary information.

While initially appearing complex AestheticsPro proves highly user-friendly for a new small medspa business. Once business information is uploaded and customized the software provides everything needed for efficient operations. The extensive training videos guide users through every aspect and help customize the program. The support team is exceptional promptly addressing any questions and the one-on-one assistance in setting up the program is highly appreciated. AestheticsPro Medical Spa is highly recommended for any spa setting whether in the medical field or not.

Cons

Overall satisfaction is expressed with a minor preference for utilizing the 34-hour clock.

Clunky and Buggy

Pros

While our practice has utilized Aesthetics Pro for over 6 months serving as an improvement from pen and paper the choice of this software is regrettable. The initial onboarding process is cumbersome and the user experience has been subpar. Patient frustration is common when completing forms through the "portal" on an iPad. Customer service often needed due to platform bugs is defensive and lacks a client-oriented approach. Critical scheduling issues persist and attempts to address them are deemed non-urgent. Aesthetics Pro was chosen primarily for its scheduling capabilities making it challenging to contemplate a platform switch now. My recommendation is to avoid this software entirely.

Cons

User-unfriendliness for both staff and patients unclient-oriented customer service software bugs and limited dynamic features are criticized.
