Pros

I am in love with the softwares features and functions. The ability to store electronic records, send consent forms and client paperwork via email and the before and after photo segment is truly remarkable. I have been searching for a software system like this for a long time.

Cons

The training videos need updating as they are quite dull. I would love to see additions to the system like eGift Certificates, eCommerce, preferred booking times and a more visually appealing online booking portal for clients

Pros

I appreciate the systems overall design. There is nothing stands out in particular but it meets my needs.

Cons

I cannot edit an existing invoice so if a client pre pays, I have no way to adjust the invoice to include the product once the patient comes in for the service.

Having similar features to other software programs makes it easier to understand. Since it offers many of the features I require, using this software will be beneficial for the office.

Cons

The systems features do not align with the offices needs. It is designed as is and I have to work around the available options. While it has most of the features I require the setup is done solely by me without the level of assistance I have experienced with other software setups.

Cons

Its not as easy as it is said especially when using it on an iPad. The photography section requires significant improvements. Facial recognition and ghosting should be integrated to enhance its value. Before and after photos are crucial! Additionally a user manual on how to use the software would be helpful.

Overall the system has most of the features we need. The calendar is user friendly, online direct booking can be set up and editable consents are available.

Cons

The aesthetic appeal is lacking and there is no app version available. Editing treatment forms or creating new ones is not easy and requires requesting assistance. The existing treatment forms contain excessive information. Running a report for lot numbers is not possible.

I appreciate its comprehensiveness. The fact that it's cloud-based is great, although the phone company hasn't connected the phones yet. :(
