Cons
There are numerous functions within the program for efficient data management and updates. However it requires a stable internet connection which can be a limitation.

Pros
It provides complete solution that allows you to organize and collect patient information all in one place. You can record injections directly on an image, use electronic intake and consent forms, enable online booking, provide a client portal, offer loyalty points and membership capabilities. Plus its cloud based, so you can access it from anywhere.
Cons
Most of the times the forms have glitches that prevent clients from filling them out correctly. The photo storing option is not the best either.

Pros
There are numerous choices available and its not at all complicated to navigate. It is cloud based so I can access it from anywhere.
Cons
The support team is not available on Sundays and sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond. I also can't customize the existing E-Records or forms although I was informed by support that this feature is in the works but not yet available.

Pros
As a newcomer to this software I am amazed by the abundance of options and features. I want to thank the support team, mainly the individual who was always available to answer my questions. I simply type in my query, create a ticket and I always receive a prompt and accurate response. Being 63 years old I am not as proficient in navigating software as my younger counterparts, but their assistance has been invaluable.
Cons
It can be overwhelming to set up the software initially due to the multitude of options and configurations required to reach my desired setup.

Pros
Around 90% of the platform and software is excellent for my Med Spa needs. Please refer to my other review for specific details as that hasn't changed.
Cons
The customer service lacks accountability when issues arise or when they create a faulty environment for business users. Many times, when I submit a ticket, they are skeptical that an issue has occurred and only 4% of the time and they admit it. I have been requesting a new account manager for months without any response. Here's a major issue: In April 2018, they introduced a rewards program, which was fantastic for customer retention in the current market. I was excited and launched a campaign to all my clients and potential new clients. However, it's costing my business money unless I adjust every sale, and I warned them that thousands of their existing accounts are also at risk. Unfortunately, no action has been taken in the past nine months.

“Good for Charting, Poor Client-facing Software Experience”
Pros
The charting feature is fantastic even though I wish it automatically saved what I charted including signature. We have lost information in the past because it doesn't save automatically.
Cons
The client portal is not at all easy for clients to use and we eventually turned off this feature due to client feedback. The scheduling system is also unhelpful as clients cannot block appointments 24 hours in advance, reschedule easily or view availability without entering their information first. As a result we switched back to Acuity for scheduling to provide a better experience for our clients.

The software is still in the early stages but it shows promise as a one stop solution for scheduling, charting and marketing.
Cons
Customer support does not seem serious to resolve issues. I spoke with someone who could not answer my questions about marketing reporting and it turned out I knew more than they did. Surprisingly the "drip campaigns" have no functionality to run a report on who received them. It's quite frustrating.

I am thrilled with the features offered by this software. Its exactly what we needed to transition to paperless record keeping for our clients. We love the variety of reports we can generate, and the overall appearance of the software is fantastic.
Cons
I find it difficult to have to create a support ticket for simple questions. Having a dedicated help website would be great. Often when we raise an issue we receive a response stating that the development team is working on it. Some features within AestheticsPro are faulty and require updates.

Its easy to navigate and the training videos are excellent. I receive support whenever I need it. and the software offers various capabilities for paperless operations.
Cons
The marketing emails could be improved in terms of allowing larger quantities to be competitive with other companies. For example, we still have to use Mailchimp to send more emails at a lower price.

There's a plethora of functionality integrated into one system. That's essentially all I can say that is positive about this software.
Cons
We are experiencing ongoing technical issues and the features are not easy and simple to use. Our patients complain daily about the online scheduling system. For instance the updated scheduling system was long overdue, and we were expecting a user friendly patient experience. However, when a day is fully booked, patients can still click on that day on the calendar. It would be better if it could be automatically blocked out. Once they click on a booked day, no available times are shown, and there is no message indicating that there are no appointments available for that day. As a result, patients get confused and have to scroll through multiple days to find an available time slot if we are fully booked for a while. It would be great to have a "next available appointment" button. We receive complaints about this issue every day, and I wonder how many clients we have lost due to this outdated system. This is just one example of many that demonstrate how outdated the software is. On one occasion, all our services in the service list disappeared, except one, and we were wrongly blamed for it. Another drawback is the lack of a mobile app for doctors to manage the appointment schedule easily. I could go on and on. Overall, we signed up with AestheticsPro to streamline our daily work, but it has actually made things more difficult, and now we are considering looking for an alternative solution.

Cons
I have a strong dislike for their customer service. Every time I have a question about account setup the account manager bombards me with excessive information and expects a small business owner like me to read through a massive amount of material. To make matters worse, their customer service phone number only allows voicemail messages, so any questions or issues I have are delayed in getting resolved. Other software companies have their FAQs readily available on their portals with helpful screenshots that can be easily found on Google. Additionally, our previous company had an amazing customer service line with highly trained staff. Switching in this regard has been a major disappointment. We are now paying more for extra features, but if I had known what I know now, I'm not sure I would have made the same choice. All I can do now is share my reviews everywhere to make other small business owners aware. The setup process has been a nightmare, but that was somewhat expected when customizing our own platform. My recommendation to this company is to hire and train more staff to such a high standard that clients wouldn't even consider switching to a different platform. We are even contemplating reverting to our old company instead of continuing with this transition.
