“Well designed and easy interface”
Pros
The interface is well-designed, making it easy to train staff on basic tasks like scheduling. Managing inventory is also simple. I noticed that many other systems do not combine charting and patient forms in such a simple way as Aesthetics Pro does.
Cons
Setting up more advanced features like service packages and tracking product inventory used during appointments is not very simple and requires assistance. As per me the gift card system also needs significant improvement and generating accurate revenue reports demands expert-level setup to get real numbers.

“Outstanding text and booking features”
Pros
The new Text and Book Now features are simply outstanding, they will save me more than $200 every month by letting me cancel my current texting service and they also improve my daily workflow.
Cons
I feel like you need to add more payment processors like Worldpay and SWIPE to create a completely smooth experience for users.

It's very simple to navigate and user-friendly. Plus I like that their support team is always available and provides prompt, helpful answers.
Cons
Well the payment options are limited. I use Square and was disappointed that I cannot connect it to Aesthetics Pro. I am really hoping they add Square as a payment option soon.

I have had very good experiences with customer support. Every time I have needed assistance, a knowledgeable person was ready to help so I never feel stranded or unsupported.
Cons

AestheticsPro team is always quick to return my calls and answer questions. Everyone is professional, knows their stuff and has the patience to explain things thoroughly.
Cons
Nothing much to share as it works well functionally and the new features are a great addition. I also like that I can create or edit forms if needed, though the pre-made ones are already quite good.

Their follow-up was very thorough. They provided detailed forms and guidance to us for each step and the system offers a wide range of configuration options.
Cons
The calendar layout does not always fit the screen properly. As sometimes it freezes or loads slowly and it's not always clear what is selected or how to activate features. Also only one other user can have access at a time.

Pros
The feature I like the most and plan to use often is the photo section though I am still figuring out exactly where to find it.
Cons
Only problem is that while it includes a checkout system, we still have to integrate a separate third-party app or use an external payment processor we already have.

Whenever I need help, someone is available for me to get in touch. I have been lucky enough to work with them since I started and they are an absolute gem. Plus they completely understand what I need and provide customer service that goes above and beyond. I mean their customer support is a joy to work with.
Cons
The only real issue is when I cannot get help from the support team. Hahaha just kidding. But I do wish I had constant access to schedule training as I don't like having to submit a support ticket every single time.

The security and privacy for both me and my clients are excellent. You get a massive set of features for a very fair price and the support is outstanding. Plus the phased onboarding process keeps me from feeling overloaded. Overall I am so glad I found AestheticsPro.
Cons
A few of the menu labels can be confusing at first glance but the system becomes very easy to work with once someone explains it to you.

What I find appealing about the AestheticsPro system is that booking appointments is usually a very simple process.
Cons
My least favorite parts are the reporting tools and the support. We have run into technical glitches. Plus you can only process one client checkout at a time, which frustrates groups who come in together.

“A terrible and greedy service”
Pros
I would give negative stars if it were an option. The software is terrible and the customer service practices are greedy. Constant bugs, outages and scheduling problems have cost me money. As clients can double-book or even schedule during times I have blocked off. Many clients have complained about errors preventing them from completing a booking, which loses me business. Support often says they cannot replicate the issue, leaving me with no solution. I once had to interrupt my only vacation to call clients daily for two weeks to reschedule wrongly booked appointments. Plus they raised the monthly price by $25 while the software got worse. I was also charged for extra texts and emails without my knowledge and was told I should have checked for fees first. Frequent outages stop me from accessing forms or taking payments, forcing me to use Venmo which looks unprofessional. SI am switching software immediately and would never recommend this joke of a system. Invest in something better, even if it costs more. After 5 years of loyal, on-time payments, they have treated me like they do not care about my business.
Cons
We have had persistent scheduling problems. Software outages and bugs constantly disrupt appointments and payments which is costing my business money. Even customer service is unhelpful and never provides solutions for these recurring issues.

Pros
The scheduling process was simple and I liked being able to see confirmation and payment status all on one screen. Our practice also found the feature that separates quantity purchased from quantity used to be very helpful.
Cons
I noticed that the reporting section was a bit clunky. I could not just ask for a last month sales report. So I had to manually enter the start and end dates. Printing reports was also difficult. My biggest issue was being locked into only one credit card processor. I did not even like Worldpay and asked multiple times over the years if another option was available.

I really like the ability to book appointments for different rooms. It helps me visualize the daily workflow as I am making the schedule.
Cons
There are a few things like I have to upload photos from my gallery individually instead of selecting multiple pictures to upload all at once. As for now it is a very time-consuming and frustrating process.

The system seems very basic and user-friendly. Also it is visually appealing and simple to navigate. And I love that it is specifically designed for MedSpas and clinical environments.
Cons
A major drawback is the inability to migrate patient charts from our old system. I understand it is a HIPAA concern but it's a huge obstacle for clinics considering a switch. Plus there must be a less tedious and labor-intensive method. If you could solve this problem, it would make the decision to purchase much easier.

Pros
It is very easy to manage and user-friendly. Plus the trainers have been incredibly helpful with all of our questions.
Cons
The only minor downside has been the time zone difference with my trainer. I am on Eastern Time and have to remember I cannot text them but they always reply to my emails as quickly as possible.
