I like the support team as they are friendly and fast. Plus the software is user friendly and has many more features than my old system.
Cons

Pros
I love how convenient and functional it is! Plus the automatic emails it sends to clients asking about their service and for a review is a great feature.
Cons
It took a long time for a dedicated app to be released. It was okay using the mobile website in the meantime, though.

“An excellent and patient support rep”
Pros
My support rep was excellent at answering all my questions. He was very patient and never made me feel silly for interrupting to ask for clarification or to repeat something. If he did not know an answer, he was honest and said he'd find out for me. Plus I loved the easy to use interface and the library of training videos! So Overall I am really excited to start using this system.
Cons
We talked about adding a waitlist feature where clients could request to be notified by text if a cancellation opens up an appointment. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion for a future update!

The training was very easy to follow and the system seems uncomplicated. Even our onboarding specialist was very pleasant and personable and she explained everything very clearly.
Cons

Our practice is very satisfied with the scheduling and electronic records system.
Cons
Submitting support tickets is usually a frustrating process. I'd much prefer the option to speak with someone directly. Such as my recent conversation with a customer rep was fantastic and I just wish we could always call him for clear, simple answers.

“A fantastic EMR for our clinic”
Pros
It has been a fantastic EMR for our clinic. The staff is super responsive to our support tickets and emails and even schedules regular check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly. The interface is also easy to understand for scheduling, managing inventory, setting appointments and sending reminders. We recently upgraded to an unlimited user plan starting in March and a support team rep was our main contact. She was kind enough to let us start using it early and even secured a 50% discount for six months for us.
